Terrific portions & immense flavor. Definitely a great stop for filipino food if you are in the OlympiaLacey area. If a new location were possible in the future, would love to see a location in Wenatchee ;-).
Been craving caldereta since the other day. happen to pass lacey food truck depot. hesitated to try Filipino food since I cook Pinoy food mostly when at home but I saw caldereta in the menu. i ordered caldereta rice combo and pleasantly surprised it included choice of cold canned soda or bottled water was included. No regrets food was very tasty. authentic tasting filipino cuisine i wont hesitate to recommend to others. they speak Tagalog and Kapampangan. of course english too.
Out of my curiosity within our community, I came across a food truck that is close to my heart - Meggie's Lumpia. It is a Filipino-owned food truck company that caters and serves only Filipino food.
Who doesn't like lumpia, right?
I have lived in the USA for more than a decade now and hardly ever hear of anyone who does not enjoy lumpia. During my visit today, March 29, 2024, at noon, this food truck had a long line.
