The beef caldereta was flavorful and definitely a highlight. My husband really enjoyed the lechon kawali — it can be a hit or miss depending on the day, but when it’s good, it’s really good. The beef lumpia was also delicious and had great flavor.

That said, $15 for a longanissa plate with egg and rice and $11 for the halo-halo felt a little pricey. As a fellow Filipino, I can’t fully justify paying $15 for a longanissa plate, even understanding that...

I lived in the Philippines for 10 years. I can tell you Meggie's is better than most anything I ate there. I love their lumpia and sisig. I know I have eaten 2 other things there but forget what they were.

Terrific portions & immense flavor. Definitely a great stop for filipino food if you are in the OlympiaLacey area. If a new location were possible in the future, would love to see a location in Wenatchee ;-).
