If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. We ordered online, and were quoted a pickup time of 1755. At 1845, my wife FINALLY has the pizzas in hand and is leaving. First they rudely said we didn't order from them. Then when shown the confirmation text, CLEARLY showing them we had, they said "well, we just didn't get it." She did say they would throw it in the oven next, but zero apologies, and no offering to comp the order nor throw in some free stuff as make-goods....read full review
customer service needs to be a lot better on speaking with customers about messed up orders! have never been so angry at the way management handled their mistakes, they knew my pizza was wrong and sent it with my husband anyway. Refused to let me speak with a manager when I called and told me call back in 15 minutes to have my pizzas remade and to bring in the wrong pizzas if I wanted new ones we had already waited over 30 mins. Anybody who has kids understands how hard that is....read full review
