I thought I'd give them another shot, but it took them almost eight minutes to get my order out. I've also seen some of the employees just standing around looking at their cell phone or smoking right at the door. Another instance while I was waiting to be helped, a manager was fiddling with the the menu board when she could've taken my order. then just last night at round 9:30 pm, my wife and I tried going to drive thru and found it blocked off.
I love jack n the box only fast food I eat even if it takes awhile to get my food the foods always HOT and fresh maybe to expensive for me but I NEVER MISS A CHANCE TO EAT THERE
Jo was amazing! He went above and beyond for us. The attitude of the woman at the window was not very welcoming but jo made up for it and made us feel much more cared for. Thank you jo for being excellent at your job
