We LOVE Panda Expresss, this one was eh..... the manager greeted us and we were served right away. The cashier took forever and had no sense of urgency and gave herself a line when they were slow enough that there was no reason for there to be one.

5 STARS FOR MATT!!!! For some reason uber sent our order to this location(30 mins away which we weren’t about to drive at 7pm) instead of the one 10 mins away. Uber said we had to cancel through panda and panda said we had to cancel through uber. Because of these difficulties we were going to get charged for food we would have never gotten. Matt offered to remake our food and bring it to us! I profusely told him don’t worry about it and it wasn’t a big deal but he insisted...

I often come here for dinner, and usually I’ve had a good experience. However, today I felt very disappointed because one of the staff members was extremely rude. She was silent, unfriendly, and simply denied my request without giving me any explanation or reason.
Thankfully, the cashier was very helpful and kind, which I really appreciated.
