I'm not really a big pho person but we were in the area and decided to give this place a try (I typically go for vermicelli noodle bowls anyway). It wasn't super busy which was nice so we decided to dine in. The man who was working the cashier was also the waiter and handling everything on the restaurant floor. He wasn't exactly friendly but also not rude, he was just very abrupt I guess you could say when he took our order and such.
The food came out relatively fast and looked good. We shared egg rolls and spring rolls for apps; my husband got the beef noodle pho with extra brisket and I decided to get the wonton noodle soup. We really enjoyed the food, it had good flavor and the portion was perfect. My husband had ordered a lychee boba drink which he was a little disappointed in since it same out more like a slushie. We both made the mistake of adding a bit too much chili oil to our soups so it was harder for us to enjoy it as much as we wanted.
I had used their restroom in the back of the restaurant after my meal and was a little disappointed in the upkeep of it. There was no paper towels left for me to dry my hands with and the toilet paper roll had just enough left for me to use. I informed the waiter that it needed to be replenished, unsure how soon or if he bothered to add more supplies in there.
Overall, the experience wasn't too bad but wasn't the greatest. I think we wouldn't mind going there one more time to try something new/the same things without the extra spice we accidentally added.

Theyre always super friendly, they recognize my sister everytime we come in now. Nice and quiet, some of the best pho I've had in the area. They were super sweet and gave my younger sister free sweets for her birthday

The boba we got was so hard! The drink wasn't bad. Just the boba.
We had an office luncheon here. The staff was friendly and always upbeat. The food was not only fabulous but large portions. Even one’s food looked, smelled and tasted amazing. One of the best Bun Bo Xoa (Vietnamese noodle salads) that I have had in Washington State. Very clean establishment and restrooms. Their Pho broth had a deep complex flavor. We will be back!

we went in to get their sesame balls which are amazing but was really disappointed at the fact they gave us old cold ones that have been sitting out. And lied to our face about it. We ordered 15 because we were once told they make 15 in a batch at a time and we were buying some to deliver to some family. There were some sitting out and they ended up putting those in our order which we kindly asked to have fresh ones made but they ended up just putting the old ones on the bottom box of our order and gave use the rest that were fresh on top. We have always tipped and this place was our go to especially cause their sesame balls are amazing but was super disappointed in the customer service and being lied to as well as paying for old cold ones.

I go to this place regularly, at least once a week. Always a clean and calm atmosphere, my soup is always hot and delicious and my spring rolls are always fresh and delicious. I was an air head one day and left my purse behind with a large sum of money in it, I showed up and not a single peny was touched. If I could give more then five stars I would the waiters are always very inviting and check on you regularly to make sure you don't need anything.

I’m totally obsessed with this pho spot in Lacey! Their broth is phenomenal, the spring rolls are always fresh, and the honeydew slush is simply the best! I've tasted other places, but theirs is unbeatable. You have to try their pho and wonton soup! The service is so warm and welcoming. I’m so excited to visit again!
