Incredible service during the COVID-19 situation. The fastest I’ve had from an ordering service bar none. They got it out in a day and USPS First class got it cross country in two days! Awesome!

It’s the first time that I have used Espresso Parts. Overall I am very happy with them and they went out of their way to help me out. I ordered a grinder that I was not quite happy with and the simply let me replace it with a different model. My only recommendation is to improve snail mail shipping. UPS is not always the right answer.
