Normally i have really good experiences here, but today the two employees who were working seemed like they absolutely did not want to be there. i don’t know if it was a product of them being overworked/understaffed or what, but they weren’t very friendly. also my drink was extremely bitter.Maybe the managers here need to do a better job of making sure their employees are happy

Rude much? My card got \\\"declined\\\" because I entered the wrong pin on accident ( new debit card ) and the lady looked at me weird and had an attitude. Even when I was ordering my drink, she was looking at me with a weird look just because I asked for extra water/ extra ice in my refresher because they make it too sweet. It was just not a pleasant experience and I felt rushed the whole time.

Pretty disappointing when you've been on the road since 2am and stop by in the middle of the afternoon to get a cup of coffee (plain, black, drip coffee) and even though there's 2 employees there, they're somehow closed. It wasn't even late afternoon, it was around 1 or 1:30. I guess I just have to remind myself every now and then why I don't go to Starbucks. I would have never went here but I was already delivering to the Fred Meyer store they're located in and didn't want to waste time finding somewhere else that I could get into in my truck.

Always cheerful, even when it is crazy busy. It was so good to be able to get a Starbucks even in the midst of COVID shutdown...thank you so much for everything you do and putting up with people who do not appreciate you enough.
It's just to convenient as I shop there also.highly recommend this one.!!

The barista this morning was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She also spent 15 minutes chatting and laughing with coworkers while we all waited in line for her to take our order. The stand was filthy, as was the baristas apron.

They always seem to exceed my expectations. Every time I go I'm greeted pleasantly and they have gotten my orders correct. I refuse to go to any other place for coffee
