My boyfriend & I came to your location almost around your closing time, a VERY POLITE & SWEET gal named Charlie took our order. I explained to her I was pregnant & was curious what came in my drink. A perfect example of Starbucks brand. This happens over and over no matter the location. A $6 drink with $4 worth of beverage. My mom purchased a white mocha breve and it was almost 2 inches short of the rim. I know it's the holidays and baristas are in a rush but it is ridiculous.

Always cheerful, even when it is crazy busy. It was so good to be able to get a Starbucks even in the midst of COVID shutdown...thank you so much for everything you do and putting up with people who do not appreciate you enough.
