Most of the baristas have been good but one yesterday didn't get my order right. If I wanted a latte I would have ordered a latte. A splash of milk is not the same as 3/4 of milk. And I she charged me for a latte too. I like my coffee to taste like coffee and if I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked her to remake it.
Nice ladies and pretty good coffee down the street from my home. They are usually busy in the mornings but are fairly quick and always remember my order. I actually appreciate that they don't chit chat at the window like other places and are always friendly.

I had a really unpleasant experience here. The lady with blonde hair who was serving me was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I received my coffee. She barely handed the coffee out of the window, making it difficult for me to even reach it. I also accidentally dropped the pen, and instead of simply understanding that it was an accident, she was rude about it.
