I ordered through Uber eats was not expecting much and was super pleasantly surprised. Food was not overly greasy or overly sweet I got one of the combos and there was a good amount of chicken and beef. Honestly some of the best Chinese food I have had in a long time, also appreciated a good serving of fresh veggies with the chicken.

03/02/2024: Pretty standard American Chinese food. The two of us ordered the chicken wings, honey walnut shrimp, a special A and C. Chicken wings came hot and freshly fried. Nice a crispy. I would not recommend the honey walnut shrimp. There was too much sauce which was overpowering and the walnuts were quite crunchy. Our specials included egg roll and fried rice. One with sweet sour chicken and Mongolian beef the other with sweet sour pork and chicken chow mein. The batter wasn't too thick and had a nice crunch. Noodles were crispy style and short noodles like on a salad topping, not my preference. Mongolian beef was a bit charred. We'll go back to try other dishes.Overall we were satisfied and service was really friendly and prompt.

The tea was delicious. The seating is comfortable and the food is tasty. The sweet and sour chicken had a nice fresh orange flavor with slices of orange, not like the typical dark orange/red sweet and sour.

I’m not sure what happened to this place, this has always been one of my families favorite places since I was a kid. The past two years we’ve experienced less then good food but we struck to supporting our favorite local business. This year I’ve had enough. With the increase in prices, the decrease in portions and changes to the flavor and cooking of food I’m not sure I’ll return. The food we picked up on Valentine’s Day was horrible. Stale rice that sat way too long, meat was nothing like it used to be and our containers were half full and full of grease that ruined the diner. For the price we paid I feel this should have been so much better.Hope they can pull it together and fast.

The food wasn't as good as a year ago. Maybe a new cook. The portions were smaller and the meat was dry and hard.

I have been looking around the county for any place serving chicken lo mein that could compare with what I had at a historic restaurant in Victoria, B.C.'s Chinatown last September, and I finally found it here. A generous serving, great flavor, the right texture, no skimping on the meat, and just enough "heat." I ordered it to-go, and the friendly host brought it to me much more quickly than I expected. I'll be returning regularly.

Ordered chicken and fried rice. Arrived within 5 min after ordering. Dry and luke warm. Food appears to be a premade heat lamp variety.

We love this place. Everything we've tried has been delicious and consistent (different soups, fried rices, and stir fry dishes). Very good hot and sour soup. We go here all the time. The food always comes out quick and the service is excellent.

Truly one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever received from a Chinese restaurant. Bbq pork was a sight to behold, in a bad way. Grisly chicken. Oof.

This is my family's new go to spot for Chinese food!I ate here yesterday with my wife and daughter and we loved it! The food was amazing and so was the service. We had the sesame chicken, vegetable lomein, and honey walnut shrimp. All of it was delicious. You could tell everything they served was made fresh and not frozen/premade.The service was the best part. The staff were incredibly friendly and very sweet to my daughter. We will be coming here regularly from now on!

Reliably tasty. Menu changed with new owners but clean restaurant and plentiful portions. Better than cooking dinner at home!

Tea Leaf is an authentic hidden Gem! I absolutely love Chinese food and it is difficult to find good spots. I'm happy my aunt has been a local in the Olympia Area for 15+ years and knows the best spots. This Chinese food was so delicious, flavorful, and cozy. I definitely will be coming many times! I love Dim Sum style dishes & building memories with my family.
