Absolutely delicious bánh mì! Easily one of the best we’ve had, and we eat bánh mì pretty regularly. We both ordered the grilled pork, our usual go-to, and it was fantastic. The bahn mi (ordered the grilled beef bahn mi called The Ha Long Bay) was delicious. Perfect proportions and the beef was super good. The veggies were awesome and the bread was great. Spice level was spot on. The drinks are beyond incredible. The salt coffee is super good, nice and strong but has a good balance. My favorite though is the egg coffee. I am so in love with Toast Mi. The pork rice bowl or banh mi are my favorites. Perfect ratio of meat, veg and pate on a delicious roll. The house sauce is excellent as well. I am not sure if this location offers them, but Tacoma location has seasonal items like beef stew and a kumquat and basil seed tea, two more things I really enjoy here.
