Hours are wrong. Google, Yelp, and their door lists 8am. However, at 8 am there were three people including me waiting for doors to be unlocked. There was a maintenance man still mopping the floors and the lights were dimmed. I left after about 5 minutes of waiting and saw the other people wander away confused as I drove away
It's in food court so not the most aesthetic. The cupcake icing was very hard and not great. The London fog was good. Limited seating by the windows. Overall it's a cozy corner cafe in a food court.

I really want to love this place, but it’s hit and miss on quality. I ordered scrambled eggs today and they were left on the pass bar for over 5 minutes. I should’ve had them remade, but I was hungry. They were kind of rubbery. And I asked for them Not to be overdone. But at least they were a little better than the last time. Stick to coffee drinks and bakery items.

I came here cuz it looked cute, the person behind the counter was rude and passive aggressive. I have a minute long video of the waitress that gave me my sandwich on her phone texting while my sandwich was in the window. I asked for oat milk and it was as if I asked them to milk the oats themselves

Only giving 2 stars food wise because the ham/cheese croissant should’ve just been call “croissant with ham and cheese seasoning”. The croissant part was alright but no ham or cheese except a couple sad pieces. The chocolate croissant was better because it had decent filling and the snickerdoodle cookie was also good. Maybe would come again but definitely wouldn’t buy the “ham and cheese” croissant ever again.

Overpriced food and rude staff. Sandwich hardly had any meat and was still hungry after spending over $20. Will never eat here again.

I want to give a higher score for the bakery items because the chocolate chip cookie I had was buttery and delicious. However, the turkey sandwich deluxe was overly salty and would not be worth getting. My friend got the white chocolate mocha and said it just tasted like milk and I could say the same thing for my Chai.
As a heads up: pickle and chips is a $1 extra and there is a 3% credit card surcharge.

Been coming here for 25 years. Food is great. BLT is easily one of my favorites in the area. All the Texas and California transplants in these reviews who are upset about the coffee service need to accept that it’s not Starbucks so there’s no “the customer is always right” vibe here where the staff will just accept rude customers with a smile. Get in line, get your shit, be polite, go sit down. Not rocket science, y’all.

For coffee, sandwiches, and soups there is nothing better! Have been going for several years now and have tried everything on their menu - the split pea soup and hand pies are to die for, and the staff always makes me feel welcome!

Food is great. Service is terrible. Unless you have time to stand in line and then wait longer for your food I don't recommend it. I asked for my food which was ready and was lectured to. Who needs this . I'll spend my money elsewhere. Owner needs to instruct front counter workers how to engage with the public. I know these are young folks who probably aren't making a lot of money . I get it , but RUDE employees should work in back , not the front counter.

Love all their food, including delicious baked goods like thumbprint-jam cookies and carrots cake. Coffee drinks like lattes (choice of milk) are perfect. Fav sandwiches include the BLTA, meat pie, and "bears turkey" -- mmm, so good! Always a long line here and seating in the mall is hit-and- miss. Also, handicapped parking is hard to come by on busy days, like the weekend.
Note to HBB: Downloading your "current menu" from your website doesn't work. Please fix!
Vegetarian options: Daily specials posted on a board
Dietary restrictions: They're open to adjustments usually, but they do get busy
Parking: Glad they're still here. We loved the bakery they had back in Seattle (long ago).
Kid-friendliness: stand in line, order, then mainly self-service - so very kid/family friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Bring a friend to pick up the order and carry it to your table (no wait/ table service). Fairly easy to get around in a a wheelchair, even when it's crowded. (Parking is the main challenge -- not enough spaces and they fill up.)
