I frequently order through DoorDash and Uber Eats, and I just placed my usual order—a pizza and salad. I always call in to request extra dressing, because the two small containers that come with the salad are never enough.

When I called this time, I spoke with Audrey Miller, who was extremely rude and impatient. He cut me off multiple times when I tried to ask questions and insisted that he couldn’t provide extra dressing because I ordered through a third-party app. I’ve placed this exact order many times before and have never had an issue getting extra dressing added.

The way this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this can be addressed so future interactions are more respectful.

Not fast. 2 mods took so long it was relieved Luke warm and uncut. We were unable to dine in because it took so long. I've worked in kitchens and could clearly see their line cook system needs work to rectify this issue.

It was a nice place, clean and big. It can get very crowded and busy if it is a weekend afternoon specially. The only thing is on the day we visited the place there was only one person servicing a huge line and unfortunately the person was super slow or maybe stressed until the second person came and started helping.

They have a lot of options for items to build your Pizza the way you want it. We tried different ones and the kids loved it. I really liked that they had cauliflower crust as it was yummy and filling with no guilt of eating pizza.
You have the option of having beer and light drinks. As far as Salads I tried their Caesar salad and dressing was really tasting like fish which was ok. I just don't like my Caesar salad to taste like seafood. Overall I would recommend them. Enjoy your visit.

I purchased a pizza, it was so tough I couldn't even bite it through they didn't even put the holes or flip the pizza. Then I was given a free pizza and the instructions said to hit redeem to get the code and it canceled the replacement Pizza. I have emailed looking for my refund I would like someone to please get a hold of me.

No one wearing gloves, messy counter, no one greeting the large group of patrons waiting, no way to tell if order is ready or not.

We've come here many times so I thought I'd do a review. Its Friday at 6pm and it's a nice evening in May.

This location is extremely popular and it takes, on average, during lunch or dinner on nice days, about 40 mins to get your pizza. 20 minutes standing in line to order and then another 15 to get your pizza. 35 minutes average. The inside table seating seats maybe 15 people, outside seating another 30ish.

The outside area, chairs, and tables varies in its cleanliness.

The pizza is, well, okay. I like the thinner crunchy crust and they are consistently decent with ingredients and pizza construction.

Overall, the historically very long wait times tell me they should increase their pizza production, maybe double it. I'd bet they would still have a line on busy days.

The staff are working hard, and focused on cranking out pizzas. Not particularly friendly nor grumpy. They just are there to work hard.

Overall a 2.5 out of 5. Waiting so long when you're hungry sucks...and this is common here.

Love this MOD! They are always so friendly and the restaurant is clean. It can get really busy around dinner time, but they do a good job working through the line fast. There is inside and outside seating. It can be loud inside sometimes when it's busy. Kid friendly and dog friendly (only when you eat outside). Highly recommend!

Always a great experience, best pizza deal in town!
