Service is excellent. Pizzas were not because we ordered dairy-free cheese pizza. The taste of the cheese were horrible, stay with real cheese!

My wife went to this location and ordered a single pizza. She gets the ONE pizza and takes it home just to see they charged her for two so she calls them. She was told it was HER fault for not noticing before leaving so she calls and asks for a refund on the part she didn't buy/get. Shes told no to come back when a manager is there. I call instead and am told the same thing and that I was "blaming them". I never blamed anyone I said it was unprofessional to not issue a refund and to blame my wife when she didn't cause the issue to begin, the "computer" did. Needless to say we won't be going back, not that that matters to people.

I made an online order at 3:40pm and it said it would be ready by 4:12. I got there early and was waiting when an employee told me that they ran out of dough for larges and it would be a longer wait. I came back at 4:30 and there's about 8 people waiting. I have a seat and wait. As the line dwindles then extends again I wait patiently. They call my name to see if I am here and I stand up and acknowledge them. As people come in they will make their order but skip over mine. I understand that the employees are getting frustrated with the unhappy customers sharing their anger and I feel for them but it's now 5:33 and I still haven't received my pizza. The employees attitudes are getting hard to deal with as well. We just want our orders. It's not our fault the shift before didn't prep. for the evening rush and MNF crowd. I just want my pizza and go home and watch the game.

Needed to pick up the order right when the store opened, and it was ready which really helped us be timely to our event. The Cowboy pizza baked up perfect! When we baked the Chicken Artichoke the pizza dough was so stuck to the paper pan it comes on, wouldn't slide it onto the oven rack as directions indicated. Had to bake it another 10 minutes. We wondered if the type of ingredients mad eth dough soggy on the raw pizza dough, or if it sat too long before pickup?
Parking: The store is in a very busy shopping center area with lots of other retail business's, and on top of that the Sunday Farmer's market in the parking lot, that was PACKED. Parking was a real challenge on that Sunday afternoon.
