This place is just okay, as you can see from the food health safety rating posted on their window. I would prefer that to be in the excellent category.I bought two large pizzas which came out to 39.50. I tried paying with a $50 and they wouldn’t accept it because apparently they can’t take anything larger than a $20. Extremely frustrating. My recommendation: go next door to Albertsons and buy a $5 dollar Tombstone; save your money, time and happiness.Customer service: mediocre.Cleanliness: mediocre.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: In a small strip mall with other stores so you can definitely find parking.

The last time we ordered here only 2 pieces of artichoke hearts on each pizza. This time the crust is irregular arond the edge with big gaps. Due to this each pizza is missing at least 1 slice. Not happy.

Sorry but this is just the worst tasting pizza I have had in recent memory. Crust has cardboard quality to it and sauce is bland. Would be slightly more acceptable if it were cheaper but I expect better quality at this price point.

Good deals! Good customer service, please have a person up front and another person in the back to prevent customers from wondering where the greeter is.

Review for service received between 3:30 - 4:00pm on Tuesday, October 24. Tuesday's being Papa Murphy's $12 Any Large Pizza - so undoubtably locations are busier than normal.I had placed an online order, and the ASAP pickup time was 3:54pm. Upon arriving at the Lake Forest Park location, there were two customers waiting for their orders to be completed, and it appeared there was only one male employee working the entire front of store. He was AWESOME! Very cordial as customers came and went, and politely let customers know as they entered, the expected wait time for their completed pizza would be about 30 minutes. I never saw any other employees while I was there. The AWESOME employee was hustling and completing the orders, all while staying calm and organized. He thanked each customer for their patience; and in return, the customers thanked him for his great customer service. I DID RECEIVE MY PIZZA'S BY THE 3:54pm PICK UP TIME, AS ORIGINALLY INDICATED ON MY ONLINE ORDER. AMAZING!!! I didn't ask his name, but he knows who he is. Thank's So Much Pizza Man! The pizza's were everything I expected them to be!

This is the closest one to my house and I want to like them, but the pizza is never, never ready at the pick up time. Do not bother trying to order ahead, you will stand around in the lobby for 10 minutes anyway.

After so many wrong orders I will not go back to the Lake Forest Park location. Kirkland and Canyon Park are AWESOME. Lake Forest Park location wants a tip before you get the pizza. You can't reach anyone. Garden Veggie comes with red sauce not white. Thanks for ruining our pizza.Vegetarian options: When they mess it up it's hard to refer people there.

Generally, the food quality is good/great. However, the staff is lacking. With one recent exception, an employee named Cali. When I recently called in an order, I found her to be professional and polite. I hope that management and/or the franchise owner take note that this employee is a stand out and give her a deserved kudos.

The Thai chicken pizza is really something special… and the dinner salad is enough for two. Recommended!

Pizza was subpar and expensive. My toppings were really light so it tasted more like a plain cheese pizza than what I ordered. They forgot the pepperoni on my pizza so we had to ask them to add the pepperoni we ordered and paid for. It took a while to get our pizza.Overall, it felt like we overpaid for what we got. The service, the food, the whole experience was meh
