These incompetent people forgot my whip cream

Peter was extremely rude and the service from him was horrible, we also heard him talking negative about us and our order to the other staff. I've never had service this bad.

Stopped in here for coffee and breakfast this morning. It was not busy. The staff was eager to take our order, very friendly and fast.
Coffee tasted great and was the perfect temperature. Pastries good as always.
Nice experience!

Terrible service. They got my order wrong so they remade it, but they gave me so much attitude when I asked for the Iced version of the caramel macciato with oatmilk. When they gave me the correct drink, i finished it. The drink wasnt that good and it tasted watered down but the part that irriated me was that they gave me normal milk when i asked for oatmilk and lactose intolerant.

Karina, Natalie, and Chris are all AMAZING people. Made my experience 10x better than any other Starbucks or coffee shop I’ve visited. Very kind & warm environment that’s made entirely by the people who work there. Matter of fact, all the employees on their team seem to be phenomenally friendly people.

Will exclusively be going here whenever I’m in the area.

Probably the slowest service in the history of latte-making. It was painful. Seems like you’d be better using the drive-thru.

Went in for a cup of ice water. I go to Starbucks all the time. I even offered to purchase a venti ice water but the sales person made it too difficult to just get a cup of ice water.

I went in, unsure if I seemed stressed but I was, and needing coffee between jobs, a long day, and little sleep. The price increases have me stressed. But Matty, a tall slim guy, was very helpful, kind, talked with me thru my verbal anxiety of decisions. It really helped me feel better. And while I don't stop for coffee often, I'll remember this location now. I appreciate how he seemed authentic and professional at the same time. Authenticity and understanding goes a long way, and I would have left a bigger tip if I was carrying more cash. Thank you Matty for the coffee, and being kind.

There’s something going on here.

It’s just my normal rest stop along the Burke-Gilman, and it’s just Starbucks.

But it isn’t.

Each time I interact with a different barista , but all have been excellent. Special shout out to Chris today, felt like a 5 star restaurant experience

Great experience!! I had a horrible experience at another Starbucks location where the girl made all 3 of my drinks horrible, and refused to remake my drinks. I walked in to this location with my bad drinks and the lady at the counter immediately noticed I was upset . I told her about my drinks and she remade them with nice notes on my cups .and they tasted great!! I really appreciate this team down at this location . Fantastic!! Friendly !! And so kind hearted !!

March 23rd Sunday morning 8:50, gal at counter kept talking and talking to customers already taking way to long. Very unprofessional. I just turned around and left

What with the cups used in these location? They spill and is impossible to drink from. All the other Starbucks I went to don’t use those.

These new compostable hot drink lids are absolutely terrible. No spout; you go to take a sip of coffee and instead get a mouthful of paper. Which quickly dissolves.
The only way to get a satisfying drink is if you take the lid off, which is no good if you're on the move.

The whole experience is so unpleasant that I seriously may stop going to Starbucks. I cannot enjoy my coffee this way.

You want compostable? Then make the regular lid compostable. I've seen that at other coffee shops.
