Blues - Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream & Bubble Tea

This was a terrible experience. Kids liked the ice cream. Reason it was not good was because the owner for some reason has chosen not to honor the coupon they agreed to use to support the Lake Stevens High-school Football team on their gold carda they sell as a fundraiser. The employee that informed us seemed to not care at all about anything.

I will not be supporting this business anymore in the future unfortunately.

We love Blues! It's such a hidden gem. I love that you can get ice cream and frozen yogurt, so there's something for everyone! They even have specialty drinks and bubble tea. The girls that work there are so sweet and work very hard. My family chooses Blues over any other name brand place!

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free yogurt options as well as lactose free!

Kid-friendliness: I bring all 4 of my kids in and they are very friendly, patient and helpful.

Had been once before a few weeks ago during the day and no problems. I then recommended this shop with family in town. Tonight was very unsatisfactory. Found a small bug in my frozen yogurt. This *maybe* could’ve been avoided if the toppings were tended to. 3 young girls working and doing a lot more talking than working. Felt like we were bothering their conversation when checking out. Toppings were very messy and a few machines weren’t working. My sister described this shop as “nasty”. I worked 4 years at a frozen yogurt shop and worked alone on the weekends + made sure everything was up to par for every customer ??‍♀️ So maybe my expectations are just higher. Sick to my stomach and threw out the rest after finding the bug. Will be finding somewhere else for our froyo.

I recently visited **Blues Frozen Yogurt** and was absolutely blown away! This place is a dessert lover's paradise, offering a fantastic selection including frozen yogurt, bubble tea, bubble waffles, ice cream, smoothies, and mojitos, with over 30 different toppings to choose from. Everything is halal, even the gummies in the toppings, which is a huge plus for me.

What I love most is the freedom to fill my own cup and add as many toppings as I want. The quality of the frozen yogurt is outstanding, and their Cookies and Cream flavor has quickly become my favorite.

But it’s not just the frozen yogurt that’s amazing—the bubble tea, smoothies, and mojitos are all top-notch. Every sip was full of flavor, and the bubbles in the tea were perfect.

Overall, Blues Frozen Yogurt is easily a 10/10. Whether you're in the mood for a sweet treat, a refreshing drink, or something in between, this place has it all. I can't wait to go back!

There were a couple specks in my drink and having OCD it made me concerned, but when I brought this up to make sure it was normal - they totally remade my drink free of charge and were SO KIND about it ❤️ it’s a plus that the drink is delicious!! I got a white grape oolong with mango & strawberry popping boba

My friend and I ordered two smoothies and two waffles. The two young ladies serving took the order of about 20 people after us without even starting to make our smoothies and waffles. When we went up to the counter to ask how long it would be the girl said she hadn't started making anything yet and it would be another 14 mins. Nobody apologized to us. People were coming in and leaving with their orders for 30 mins while we waited for ours and even after we asked how much longer people came in, ordered, and left before they made our order. My friend had a hair in her waffle. The floor was covered in food. The tables were dirty. It took us 45 mins to be able to order and get our food. The spinach was out on the counter most of the time we were there. I feel very sick the next day after my berry boost smoothie and waffle. Nobody greeted people coming in one single time. Nobody did any friendly customer service conversation or smiles. They seemed like they didn't understand how to work hard or have customer service or understand an order of operations. They were doing things out of order the whole time. They were chaotic/flustered (not confident). When I let them know we felt forgotten when getting our food they didn't say a single word about it. No "sorry". No "how can we make this right". Nothing. They desperately need a manager to work alongside them and direct them each shift or hire new people that already understand and are skilled at customer service. The shop is SOOO cool though! There are so many options! They just need different employees.

Pretty good froyo! Guess everything is expensive now a days at around $10 for a cup of yogurt.
