Ordered two bubble teas, taro and honeydew. Tasted like someone made the milk tea and whispered the flavor next to it. Ultimately watered down barely flavored milk. Honeydew flavor was more brown than the usual bright green. May experience is only based on the teas, not the frozen yogurt or bubble waffles. Do not go here for bubble tea. You'll get a better drink from a random teriyaki place.

Our family's favorite place for dessert.Love their bubble waffles topped with caramel or almond fudge ice cream plus yellow cake batter frozen yoghurt. There's a ton of topping options, kids love them. We also like their cheese bites as toppings. The frozen yoghurt flavors have a good yummy variety. We like the strawberry n cheesecake flavors.

I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and a mango milk tea but both tastes are same. Mine (mango was 30% light sugar) and the brown sugar one was 80% both was pretty similar and the mango taste I never found it. Pretty simple and basic teas. Don’t lose your time and money, go to share tea or mustache milk tea if you really want a bubble tea with different flavors.

This is a great place for ice cream and bubble tea. I love bubble tea and bubble waffles. They offer flavorful boba and the tea was great! I love that we have a place in Lake Stevens to grab Bubble tea now!
We've gone here a couple times before and enjoyed their bubble teas. While there previously the workers/ shop owner was really nice and talked to us about their remodel and updates. Our girls were able to color and put their drawing on a specified section of the wall. My husband and I have been going through a difficult time grieving his mom and decided to get bubble tea to try and cheer up after a difficult day. Unfortunately when he was carrying the drinks home two of them dropped and were unsalvageable. With how terrible we've been feeling I decided to call and explain that we lost two of our drinks by accident. We were told it was no problem and to return to get replacements. You honestly never know what others are going through but kindness goes a long way in times of need. We appreciate your freshly made teas, wonderful service, and compassion.
