I've been coming here for years and it's going downhill. The play place is closed. The TV plays loud music then turns off at random. I wanted to upgrade the drink of my meal deal to a shake and that was not allowed. Why not!?! I can't pay the difference?

Every single time I come here it is bad. Oil soaked wet fries that aren’t cooked long enough, things not how I ordered them, soggy chicken…the only reason I was giving ANY BK a chance is because of the coupons. Well, I can certainly say I’m never going back to this location ever again. This place is operated by the hardcore unemployable. I had one young man, skinny with longer brown hair who was very nice at the window…but they still gave me oil soaked fries that weren’t cooked at all.

We had a coupon for 2 whopper jrs and french fries. It was 10:00 amFries were nice and hot but WAY too saltBun and patty were stone cold. I don't mean barely warm. I mean COLD. We were blocks away by the time we ate them so didn't take back.I'll take Edmonds over this place

I used to frequent this location quite a bit however lately I don't know if it's a new crew or not but they don't like to serve the front counter and when you ask them about it they threaten to call the cops on you also be careful they overcharge on several items so watch your

I ordered two sausage and egg and cheese biscuits and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... I received two bacon egg and cheese croissants and one sausage egg and cheese biscuit!!??? THIS IS NOT A DIFFICULT ORDER, let alone a difficult job! We should lower the minimum wage until you can complete a simple task. Maby you should consider furthering your education!? Way to go BK, way to go...
