This place is exactly 1 mile from my house, so I stop here a bit. THERE IS NO REASON TO ORDER ON THE APP, is you expect to get your food quicker by doing so. They do not make it until you get there. Every single time, they make you pull around to the front…even if no one is in line behind you. Customer service is often lacking.
Last time I was there I was told that they “needed to make me something fresh” (don’t remember which item)…but the fries were cold by the time I got home less than 5 mins later.

Horrible I have never ever experienced good customer service ever at this burger king I have been eating here for 8yrs plus and everytime it's something new this time other people that made an order after me got their food first. Plus the price is just way to high now 2 whoppers one cheese and one bacon no joke 23 and change. No drink just the food not worth it the bad service makes the price even more of a slap in the face. Honestly I am surprised this burger king is still open with their service and prices.

I go to the drive-through I ask is your frozen Coke machine working? They say no and I leave. That’s pretty much my entire relationship with Burger King.
We walked in and not even one of the 3 people we saw made eye contact. The while we waited to order the young man kept looking at us and then walking away and walking past us and walking away kept walking by. Making me feel like I was sorry I wanted to spend my money there

Pretty good burgers. Recommend checking out the deals in person vs the burger King app. In store deals are pretty good, then if u want something else while waiting for your food check the bk app. With this tactic I was able to feed two hungry teenage boys 4 burgers 16 chicken nuggets 2 small fries 1 large fry two sodas...for 16 bucks. (Lake stevens wa area)
