This place is laughable. At 8:30 PM Thursday April 18, 2024 an on-shift employee with her headset on was smoking weed right in front of the store with some loser in a beater car. Was there when I pulled in, and was there when I pulled out 15 min later, without food because whoever was left inside had no clue. One car in line (me), one at the window for the entire 15 minutes.This review is being forwarded to BG Corporate and the BBB. The reviews are constant that the service is unacceptable.

The workers and manager handled an unruly customer very well. She kept saying she was going to write a bad review to "ruin the establishment". She did just that. Dont believe all that you read on the internet!
HORRIBLE manager Mikayla, yelling at 2 young girls for using the restroom. Demanded to buy something or else. Standing outside the bathroom door to listen to their conversation and then yelling and embarrassing them, then "banning" them. When I called she spoke so fast wouldn't let me speak or ask anything other then to tell me "she had witnesses" witnesses to her yelling and screaming at a 14 year old girl for needing to change her feminine product. Classy.

Arrived at 6:45 didn’t get food for 45 minutes. Two people in front of me no one in the building at all so 25 min in line just get to the order screen.Waited at order spot for 7 min another 6 min in line and then told to pull up front. Spent another 4 min there just to have to send the person back just for condiments which they didn’t bother to ask of if I wanted. I used to take my kid with me to the lake stevens bk but truly wouldn’t tell anyone to go there the employees were rude. Truly disappointing!!Whoever owns this place should be ashamed!

The first time I went through the drive thru, they forgot the cheeseburger in the kids' meal. I tried to call, but nobody answered the phone. The second time in the drive thru, I waited to check my order was all there, and good thing I did, because they forgot the onion rings. Would not recommend wasting your time at this location.
First off, burger King is what it is in terms of food. In theory, fast for the quality expected. This particular store is the worst and most consistently slow. No matter what you do or how you order. They always have a massive wait ahead. I have never NOT been told to pull up on simple orders and have never left earlier than 15 minutes after arriving. I had enough time in the front standing and staring at the staff, sending cars to wait while there are only me and my kid in the dining room. 2 cars in the parking area, including my own, and 3 in the drive-through. This is the norm, and honestly, if there was any other choice for "fast food" here I would be there in a heartbeat.

I will definitely be going to the other BK for now oh. The worst experiences come from being told to go park when your in the drive thru, and for what? So the employees can cheat their timer. And why when there is no one else in line… this doesn’t help your numbers but falsifies them. Do not ask your customer to park but instead keep up on things.

This is my favorite restaurant on my way to work. Mylee and James (who usually work in the mornings) are some of the best people I've met, and they do a superb job. Always fast, food is hot, and friednly staff.

I don't think the term 'fast food' is still in common usage, but if it were this place certainly would not qualify as there is never anything fast about it. If you utilize the drive thru, be prepared to be instructed to pull forward and park in the parking lot and wait for quite some time. Apparently dinner for two at BK costs $35+ now too. They are no longer fast or cheap. So you can certainly have it your way, as long as you have a lot of time and money to throw away!
