Honestly I thought this location would be great because everything in lake Stevens is known for being good. My problem? My husband comes in alone and tries order our food and instantly started getting rushed. There’s nobody else but him and he can’t even order without his food being moved on to the next and passed forward. That and asked for an extra scoop of rice and it seemed like that wasn’t allowed as he scooped a small scoop and tossed it in. I’m a breastfeeding mom who barely eats as it is when taking care of a newborn and all I wanted was some chipotle and had hope I’d get it right. I don’t understand when this is a huge company and normally people are very kind there.

Im a huge chipotle fan. Probably eat chipotle once a month. This is the worst location of the many i have been to. The portions are tiny compared to everywhere else. The rice is often crunchy, and the customer service is terrible.
Spent $50 on 3 meals at the drive through and got an embarrassing amount of food.
I ordered a regular veggie bowl, and the portion was shockingly small — it wasn’t even enough for a child. Very disappointing.
We were concerned with the low rating but we had a 5-star experience. The staff were friendly, all the food options were available, and portions were sizable. Would go again!
After a long hike, it definitely hit the spot, loved this location
The most ridiculous level of customer service. I have never been treated with the slightest level of respect at this location.
