The food is good but the pricing was confusing. We all got good food and service was good but upon getting our bill I noticed they charged us $6 for a small bowl of pico de Gallo which most restaurants give as complimentary. I also asked about my meal in particular because it was a couple dollars more than what it said on the menus and she said on the weekends they typically charge more. It was my first time and there was nothing on the menu stating these extra charges. I think this could be a great place but they need to be more clear about pricing.

Food is good with nice size portions. The focus was take out service when we visited and the customers in the house waited. The tables are sticky, the cleaner is eating the finish. It was super cold this day and it was really cold inside too. May try just having takeout next time.

We heard Fuente De Cafe was a great place for breakfast. We are happy to agree. Whether you prefer a classic American breakfast or Mexican, there are many great options to choose from. The service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Our waitress was very friendly & efficient. Food was good. The steak was dry. They didn't cut it up so it was ready to use for tacos, it was in a big piece & hard to cut. Portion sizes are large. Margaritas were delicious. The roasted peppers were fire & very flavorful.

It's the best little restaurant lake Stevens has to offer. Great good. Authentic Hispanic cuisine. Also have breakfast all day which is great for my kids. Best street tacos around.

Good food, great prices. Cheaper than a meal at subway and 100% more satisfying. This will be my go to spot in a pinch.
Edit: I've been trying their breakfast, man this blows BuzzInn out of the water. French toast from here vs French toast from BuzzInn miles apart.

Best Mexican food for miles around, a family business. Also available is American breakfast and lunch, which are great but you should have the fresh Mexican meals, can get busy but the wait is worth it.

I'm grateful a comforting Mexican restaurant like this one is near me.
They provide a number of options that should make most anyone happy. But I always find myself ordering their California burrito.

Very nice little hole in the wall Cafe that has an extensive menu. My family ate many different types of food and everyone was happy with it.
Parking: Very nice family owned business. Serving breakfast, sandwiches. Burgers, omelets, and many Mexican dishes.

The server was great. I was the o ly one in the restaurant at the time (extensive road construction and being 1030am on a weekday). He was torally non-intrusive, but willing to interact when I began the conversation.
The food was good, hot and fresh.
It is my go-to breakfast place when im in lake stevens.

Looks and feels like a friendly home and small restaurant in Mexico. They hire the best people. Staff is literally as friendly, helpful, experienced, and professional as the best restaurants in the world! I eat here multiple times a week and the service is consistently exceptionally outstanding. Carnitas, asada tacos/burritos/quesadillas are terrific. Their Quesabirria tacos are absolutely my favorite. And the pancakes are incredibly delicious! My girlfriend only eats pancakes at one other place and that place is not even in this state.
Parking: depends on day and time of day...additional parking across the street on busy early evenings like Friday, Saturday
