Its hard leaving bad reviews for local places. But I just paid $16 for two large cups of ice and milk. Even when asking for additional shots. There is no way the extra shots were added. Absolutely no coffee flavor at all.

Wow! You’ve got some rude and extremely lazy baristas working here. You have 3 people working in there and not a single person greets you when you come to the window? Told my husband to drive away, after sitting there for 2 minutes and not a single one of them looked our direction, they’re all just standing there doing nothing and chatting. There was 1 other customer at the opposite window, you’ve got 1 girl making coffee for that person (she also didn’t even look over at us) and 2 girls doing literally NOTHING! Pay attention! You have customers at the window. I tried coffee here the other day and it was disgusting, worst coffee I’ve ever had. Wanted a lotus today, but I guess your lazy baristas don’t feel like providing customer service or even offer to make a drink for the customer at the window so we drove away. The owner of this stand needs to hire some better help or sell the stand to someone who actually cares and will hire good baristas.

I am a regular here and all the baristas know my order haha, Love this stand, its walking distance from my home and fairly priced. People complain about the prices but it's 8$ for a 16 in Seattle where here it is 5$ you have to be grateful for things.
drink order: 16oz iced white chocolate americano w/creme ^^^ Homerun espresso on heartford for the same drink: $5.70 Lundeen espresso: $5.50 -not as sweet kinda bland Where to go espresso: $6.50- heavy on the espresso *these are the flat rates w/o tip*
-so within the closest proximity to Gourme Cup, they have the cheapest.
-Nice baristas and lots of selection for syrups especially sugar free!
my only wish is that they had punch cards I would really really love that!

I have tried to like this place as it’s close to home, thus convenient at times, but after today — no more. The coffee is overpriced and subpar, and the young women who work here are flat out rude. Instead of even asking if I wanted change, they just dumped my money into their tip jar. No thank you, no nothing. At least ask or better yet give your customer their change and let them decide what to tip you. I prefer to tip based on quality of the drink and service. Frankly, to keep the change w/o permission is stealing. Super shady.
It's a great cup of coffee from a drive through kiosk. Friendly staff, good coffee.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a good selection of milk alternatives including soy, almond, and oat milks for those who can't have dairy.

My boyfriend and I come in quite frequently (maybe like 3-4 times a week when we're in the mood) and it's been my all time favorite coffee place for 2 years now. I'm very picky about my coffee and this is one of the ONLY stands that makes me want coffee.There's an older woman there who is so sweet and she makes me the BEST lavender lotus. I wish I knew her name, I see her there all the time. The baristas are very friendly and have AMAZING drink suggestions if you need it. I highly recommend them :)

Place was busy so rather than block the entry I continued the line on the other side with my blinker on. I had clearly been waiting there several minutes.After a range rover pulled in I continued my place in line but was told to get out of line because one of the workers claimed I "cut the range rover" which had absolutely not happened.Really inappropriate and unfortunate that they maybe felt they'd get a better tip from the other person.I'm a die hard Lundeen espresso girl but went there even knowing their prices are incredibly high so that I was closer to my son's baseball game.After that treatment, turned around and headed to Lundeen where prices are right, treatment is incredible, and drinks are top knotch. I suggest you do the same! ?

Came here with my daughter for a treat. My daughter got a strawberry smoothie and I got a blended coffee drink. The smoothie was amazing but my coffee was okay. The person who serviced us was fast and friendly.
