Rosa is very kind, the table she assigned me was very clean, and my dinner was delicious. I didn't have to wait long for my food, and even though Rosa had a couple of other tables to attend to, she provided excellent service. She was always attentive to see if I needed anything else. I really appreciated her service.

The food was good as always but the table and the silverware were dirty. Spilled coffee on the menu and crumbs on the table plus some kind of film on the fork... They gave us new utensils and we wiped the table ourselves. Ordered a 'split-decision' and side of hash browns that were excellent.

NICOLE B WAS AN AMAZING SERVER!!! She served my family of 14 with precision as ALWAYS & the food was delicious & hot!!! I cannot recommend this IHOP more. But specifically the Lake Stevens location because they're the best IHOP I've ever eaten at. And Nicole is the best ever I've ever had! 🥰

Had a great time here. The food was really good, the were very cheerful and accommodating. They even surprise my son with extra large, chocolate pancakes for his breakbest.
Our server, Beautiful, was amazing. She was so friendly, efficient and helpful. We were impressed at how all the staff helped each other out, regardless of whether it was “their job” or not. And everyone was so nice! We will definitely be coming back!!
