Staff is nice. They take the time to be friendly and not serve coffee like an assembly line. Yes they chat while they are working. Great coffee and other drinks. We go here a lot since we live nearby. One barista can be pretty forgetful of orders but everyone is all around nice and willing to correct any mistake. They do get super busy so wait times can be long, but it’s worth the wait for sure! Definitely recommend over the other local stands.
My husband and i were dedicated lovers of SB. But we moved to the area a little over 1 year ago and haven't been to a sb since. We love all the employees here. They love our dog and treat us as friends every time we come through. They try to be as quick as possible and get the line moving. Sometimes, someone ahead of you ordering 5+ drinks is out of their control! But they're always appreciative of everyones patience.
