If you’re going to routinely neglect to add the apple slices to happy meals, you have to explain to the customer why they are missing and compensate in some fashion. All the time! No apples

Placed mobile order at 1009, app saud 3 to 5 minutes, took 18 minutes and 1 phone call to get my order. When I called she stated they got 20 orders all at once yet the drive-thru was pushing them through. 2nd time in a row for this location that it has taken so much longer to get an order. Being a corporate location I expect better.

I went there around 1 am this morning and honestly the freshest mcdonalds i have had in a long time fries were soft and fresh the bigmac was not thrown together like so many other locations and the bun was soft great job

I went to get the Grinch meal which was not being offered but I still got the fries a la carte. I ordered a few more items and was told to pull to the side because one of my items had substitutions. A few minutes later, an employee came out to ask me about my order and mentioned they didn't have the ticket. They took my receipt and I waited a few more minutes for them to return with the food. My mistake was not checking the bag closer because after getting home I realized I did not have my McCrispy tenders which I had been looking forward to all day. And I no longer have my receipt either.
It's a little thing but it's pretty frustrating. This was my first time at this location

Very busy every time. Give yourself 30-45 minutes to get in and out of the drive-thru. Expect to be parked. Double check your order is correct. Crew seems burnt out.

On Google, Apple maps, and the Mcdonald’s website it says this location is open 24 hrs. However, multiple times I’ve gone here at 1 or 2 am and they’re completely closed. It’s ok to not be open 24 hrs, but you need to put the correct hours online. I called once when they were closed and they said it was because there wasn’t enough people to work that night. If you’re understaffed then you probably shouldn’t advertise your hours as 24/7
I waited in the drive through lane for a good 30 minutes only to be told a gentleman was refusing to leave the lane. Not their fault. However when I was instructed to back out of the lane I listened, parked my car and followed instruction to pick my order up inside. Waited another good 15 minutes only to be refused my order. Manager was un sympathetic about the situation and did nothing to remedy my breakfast fiasco
