I’m so upset!! I put the hello kitty x mutant ninja turtles toy on all 3 of the happy meals I ordered and they gave me 3 wrong ones. That was the whole reason we went to McDonald’s.
The workers there are nice. Line was a bit long, waited over 10 mins. Overall good experience

Only had a vanilla latte, and it was good. The service was very good. Someone started cleaning with noisy equipment in the bathroom near us (and others sitting outside the door, basically). It made it difficult to hear each other, and we were meeting there for our coffee and a visit. I had to go outside the door to take a call. Perhaps holding off 30 minutes or so til the people are gone might be an option considered.

Good food, but last time I went there, I asked for 2 double cheeseburgers and sweet and a couple of sour and sour packets and they gave me 2 QPC’s and no sauces.

owners need to figure out how to handle the volume of patrons- it took me 30 minutes to get my food. the employees are working as fast as they can and it’s not their fault but the wait times are insane. you go through the drive thru and they send you to the curbside to wait for the order and then they completely forget you. people who ordered after me all got their meals before me. first in, first out should be the policy here but they sure as __ don’t practice it. upper mgmt needs to get this location together, such a mess.

The staff here do their best to accommodate customers but because they're short staffed, getting your order in the usually accustomed time is not going to be consistent. The food is usual fare for McDonald's and I appreciate the cleanliness of the dining space. Friendly reminder to be aware that the day crew are better staffed than the evening and there have been instances where the evening shift could not support the rest of the evening after 9 pm in some instances, prompting refunds and canceled orders but the staff on shift were polite, apologetic of the situation, and quick to remedy the issues. I hope this location does improve its staffing shortfalls soon as it offers great service otherwise.
Haven't eaten this garbage in years. Decided to try a couple days of just sausage patties and eggs. Took about 6 hours to be brutally reminded WHY I DON'T EAT THIS GARBAGE. Kept being reminded WHY I don't ever eat it for the rest of the day and well into the night.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have never in my entire life had an even slightly decent experience at this location. Whether that’s for a DoorDash, or for myself. They forget something on your burger EVERY TIME without fail. If it’s not that it’s your fries, or your drink, or your desert. It’s like they get paid extra to forget stuff.
Then for that absolute garbage service you have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes !!!! It seems like the lights are on but nobody is home for every single employee here.
The management is also always either rude, mentally slow from drug abuse, or has no idea what they’re doing. This location seriously needs to just be shut down and forgotten about. There is no possibility of ever being able to make this a nice location.
I didn’t even know I could hate a fast food spot this much until I went here… don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.
