The staff here do their best to accommodate customers but because they're short staffed, getting your order in the usually accustomed time is not going to be consistent. The food is usual fare for McDonald's and I appreciate the cleanliness of the dining space. Friendly reminder to be aware that the day crew are better staffed than the evening and there have been instances where the evening shift could not support the rest of the evening after 9 pm in some instances, prompting refunds and canceled orders but the staff on shift were polite, apologetic of the situation, and quick to remedy the issues. I hope this location does improve its staffing shortfalls soon as it offers great service otherwise.

Haven't eaten this garbage in years. Decided to try a couple days of just sausage patties and eggs. Took about 6 hours to be brutally reminded WHY I DON'T EAT THIS GARBAGE. Kept being reminded WHY I don't ever eat it for the rest of the day and well into the night.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have never in my entire life had an even slightly decent experience at this location. Whether that’s for a DoorDash, or for myself. They forget something on your burger EVERY TIME without fail. If it’s not that it’s your fries, or your drink, or your desert. It’s like they get paid extra to forget stuff.
Then for that absolute garbage service you have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes !!!! It seems like the lights are on but nobody is home for every single employee here.
The management is also always either rude, mentally slow from drug abuse, or has no idea what they’re doing. This location seriously needs to just be shut down and forgotten about. There is no possibility of ever being able to make this a nice location.
I didn’t even know I could hate a fast food spot this much until I went here… don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.
Took AN HOUR to get just fries and a drink after ordering for curbside. My partner and sibling went to grab food so was picking up my order. At 40 minutes I called and the employee was rude. I work in food service, I understand being busy, but there should not be people going through drive thru and getting their orders before someone who has been sitting there for ages, that is not going in order of when orders are placed. I should NEVER have to wait an hour to receive fries and a drink. My sibling finally went in to see what was happening as they kept watching people coming and going in drive thru, and magically my order wasn’t in the system when I have a receipt and a photo in the app showing I said they were there. They never once apologized for the wait or that it took so long, they didn’t offer a refund for the wait or anything as compensation for waiting an hour. I have never in my life waited so long for food in general let alone for the easiest order. I would love an explanation as to why my order wasn’t in the system when it was never handed to my partner and I have proof it was placed to that store when it was.

I used to enjoy the filet of fish sandwich, but the food quality has gone way downhill. The bun was not fresh, the tartar barely made it on the sandwich and it was barely warm. Boo!

The SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve been to. I use the mobile app to order and everytime it never fails to have to wait least 15 min before our food comes out.

Not that I have high expectations for McDonald's in general but this location certainly lowers the bar for other restaurants. Constantly messing up orders and the wait time is wildly long even for simple orders.

Everytime I come here the food is stale, made weird, orders are messed up etc...
Today's order which prompted this review included: stale fries, weird nuggets, and a burger slathered in too much mayo.
I thought maybe McDonalds as a brand was failing, but after eating at a few others it turns out it's just this one.
