I would like to get the correct order just once. I have lived next to this McDonald’s for almost 5 years now and I have never gotten the correct order. I got so fed up with it I actually applied for the general manager and assistant manager position and told the guy in the interview I wanted to make the store more efficient and maybe get some people’s order right. However he told me they already have both a GM and AGM the job listing is still up for both and I applied a year ago

I am grateful for McDonald's being available all night and all day.Parking: The parking lot is lit up nicely with plenty of parking slots. It is a good place to meet up with someone. For instance, offer up.

I understand short staffed but it shouldn’t be a 30 min wait for a car to move forward a single spot. I haven’t even left the drive thru and am imaging another 30 before I get my food. Yes it’s later that I’m here but a warning of running behind would be nice.

Can never remember a time this particular one got everything right. Nothing in the way of leadership, after any mistakes they promise to replace things and then twice now the food was thrown aggressively into the bag barely wrapped at all and STILL incorrect. The staff openly swears loudly and it’s very obvious nobody here cares. Needs new strong management and to clean house

Someone from corporate has to step in eventually. It takes 20+ minutes to get your food. Maybe if you pay your staff you can cut down the wait time and generate a viable product. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS UNTIL IT CHANGES. Easily fixable, but management doesn’t seem to care.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No time management skills what so ever, we wait 15-20 min each time for our orders just to receive our food in horrible conditions. Save yourself the trip and choose a different place to eat.EDIT: I’d like to also mention we have had no issues with this location during the day but after dark is an awful time to go.
