A lot of people like MOD, however, the pizza I had was sub frozen grocery store quality. Sauce was bland, crust was thin and soggy and the toppings were minimal. It might have been an off day of them, but overall pretty disappointing.

This place has customer service so back*sswards it is crazy. They do not process orders in the order they come in. They handle all online/call in orders first regardless of how long the line is. The line could be wrapped around the restaurant and they would still do every single online order first. It doesn't matter if you've been in line for 30 minutes, that pizza order that came in 30 seconds ago is getting done before yours. This happens everytime. I love the food and would go here more but it is honestly just too infuriating.

DISGUSTING! Never been to a MODS before, decided to try. I wish I would've saved my money and bought a totino's pizzas(that's saying a lot), at the grocery store. The crust was so really, truly not good at all. No flavor. Save some money. Seriously zero if I could.

Either Mod pizza has gone way downhill or it's just this location. The staff were very rude and there was less selection for toppings than normal. They are getting one star because of how rude the staff were. All other experiences at the six other Mod locations I've been to have been really good.
This location is consistently slow as hell. Expect 10+ extra minutes on whatever they tell you for online orders and even then they may not start until you walk in. I like MOD, but I'm done with this

Good pizza but ordered online. Promise time was 6:19 Waited there until 6:50 to have it ready! I understand being busy , but a text notification would've been nice instead of having us waste 30 minutes waiting beyond the scheduled pick up time. I do realize that those kids work hard but management could send a quick text about delays over 10 mins or at least offer a soda while we wait!

Ordered 4 different pizzas online, said it would be done by 7:35pm, 3 pizzas were ready at 7:50pm, I asked where the other pizza was and they said they didn't make it. So I waited for the 4th to get done, then got home to find out that they made a duplicate of one of the other 3 pizzas they already made. My wife's pizza called for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese at all........it's like they didn't even look at my order. This isn't the first time, I've had it with MOD Pizza.

Ordered online to be picked up on the way home. App said 30min at 6:30pm Friday at the time the order was confirmed. Showed up and had to wait an ADDITIONAL 35min for order of 3 pizzas. I have patience but when people depend on accurate (give or take 10min) timelines, especially with hungry toddlers. Severely disappointed in service levels. Would have gone elsewhere had the time estimate been remotely accurate.
