Papa Johns Pizza

We were picking up our lunch at the Papa John’s and experienced a sudden emergency and had to leave by ambulance, and the manager was so kind and understanding and totally remade our food for us for when we were discharged from the hospital. It was really nice.

I placed my order online. I walked in and the gentleman said he would be with me in a minute, I saw that he was making dough. He had no gloves on. He walked over to the register and handed me my receipt to sign even though I paid online. He handed me my pizza and did not say anything when I said thank you. And he walked away and went back to making dough without washing his hands or putting on gloves after touching the register which I imagine is a filthy germ fest!!!! I was shocked and grossed out and went home and immediately put my pizza in the garbage because I was scared I would get food poisoning. It seems to me that this Papa John's needs a manager for the store and I am more than willing to take on this position!

Whoever the guy is who is bald has a beard and wears a hat is super rude, unprofessional and treats the employees like crap. He laughed in my face when I told him he needed to stop being rude. He then pretended that he didn't hear me and started laughing some more. He needs a serious attitude adjustment and be relieved of his duties. You are in customer service not another job. Hope management sees this and does something. He is absolutely not customer service concerned and wouldn't want to even work here with someone who is rude and not at all respectful.

The staff is extremely rude. The guy in the store saw me entering the outlet but still went inside the room. I called him at least 5 times and even rang the call bell a few times but the guy didn’t come out. When I went back and asked him, he behaved rudely and asked me to step back. I was just inquiring about my pizza order which was lying on the shelf and I just needed their consent to pick it up. I won’t order at this store again.

Pizza was made in 10 minutes, took another 45 minutes to even leave the store.
1 hour 10 minutes is to long for pizza to sit in a box, sog and cool down.
Very disappointing for the price.
Maybe try pick-up.
Or somewhere else.

I went to this location for the 1st time & couldn’t believe the inaccuracy & poor quality I received .
Very unhappy with my experience . I called & notified the manager & they offered me a partial refund . I wouldn’t recommend & I certainly will not ever return .

Nice to receive half full containers of marinara for Cheesy bread then call to bring it up an got a run a round we got busy ran out of containers yet I have 2 containers here not even full

I had a terrible experience at this Papa John’s. The employee was extremely rude and aggressive when I came to pick up an order. It felt like he treated me badly just because I’m an immigrant. When I asked for his name or a manager, he refused and even hid his face under his cap when I tried to take a photo. He told me this would be my “last order” from the store, which felt threatening. He also seemed like he might’ve been under the influence. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

The food is standard but the evening kids are always goofing around and watching videos on their phones when they should be working. The wait time is usually double what you would expect.

I was observing the employees while waiting for my order, and I watched the girl working the dough touch her dreadlocks and then handle the dough, and this happened a few times during my 5 minutes in the store. I did not see anyone wearing hair nets or gloves. Just an FYI for anyone that’s not a fan of that type of food handling…. What bothers me the most is the fact that once I got home with dinner, the dough was undercooked and chewy. Definitely not up to Papa Johns spec. It was actually a little gross, was very disappointing, and doesn’t make me excited to go back.

Delivery order and we paid for an extra sauce cup which never arrived. Seems to be the norm for this store. When you pay for extra sauce cups and they don’t arrive it’s frustrating.
