Long hair kid was rude to me and my gf for no reason. Could tell he was having a bad day but no reason to take it out in customers.

My pizza was not cooked. I got the notification 6 minutes after I ordered it was ready. When I got there it appeared to be cooked and I believed the girl when she said it was. I got home and sure enough the dough was not cooked on the inside. I called and she said it had to be cooked. Do not go here.

Got the wrong order one time from the driver but they went above and beyond to make it right!

My husband ordered the wrong pizza for me, and I was willing to pick the toppings off and eat it. However the pizza was soggy and tasted disgusting. When I called the store the manager named Trey said that they would never send out an under cooked pizza and that because of the vegetable toppings it could appear more wet and "my fault" for ordering vegetables. So basically I was lying because there was no way their pizza could be soggy. I explained that I have had the gluten free crust many times with even more toppings and vegetables and those have been fine. This one was not like the others. The manager was unwilling to do anything for us and said he was busy and hung up. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I sent corporate a message and I am hoping they will make this right. I really try to find the positives but spending $25 on a pizza I didn't eat because of the poor quality really made for a sad evening. They could have simply remade the pizza but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

I had over 250$ order on Friday June 28th. i got multiple texts saying my pizza was ready, my daughter went to pick it up but went to the wrong one so it took her 40 min after first text. She gets there says she's there for the big order and no pizza is ready, she tells them I got text's saying it's done, they said they didn't see a order under my name or hers- I asked if they had multiple orders for over 250? Of course not and the name was under my initials I don't know why. But she had to wait at least 30 more min to get the pizza. They had already charged, hadn't made and sent texts it was done. I was so proud
Irritated we didn't eat until almost 8 and I ordered at 530! Certainly not ordering big from there again.

this store lets their delivery people park in handicap parking spots, even asks cars with permits to
move. very illegal and rude!

Up until today this was my favorite pizza place to go to. Nice reliable service, quick too. I always order Carryout and pick up about 15 minutes later. Today I went to order ahead, and was forced to tip. I am fine tipping for delivery or such. But again, I order Carryout. I could not input 0 as a Custom Tip. Again, forcing me to tip. I put in .001. Just to be able to order at all. I received my pizza and it had a Ghost Cut...on all three pizzas. I will not be returning again....unfortunate

Just tried this location today and spent almost $70 dollars... They only gave 3 out of the 4 Sodas I paid for and only 1 of the 3 was the correct flavor.. Avoid this place at all cost.

Just got ripped off to the tune of $50 for a sausage pizza & chocolate chip cookie by an order placed off to Door Dash driver Carlos who can't seem to find my address.Don't use this Papa Johns whatsoever. I live 2 miles away and am out $50 due to a pass off to Door Dash.DO NOT USE THIS PAPA JOHNS FOR LATE NIGHT DELIVERY. RIP OFF RIP OFF.It is now 9 days past my order wasn't delivered. I'm out $52.81. The answer gave is "it's been processed through our system."Literally my money has been stolen due to technology.I cannot do business with this Papa Johns location and recommend others not to utilize this store.Papa John's steals money. Do not use.

I didn't visit the store, but had a delivery. I have no complaints about the mobile app, ordering process, or the service. But one of these pizzas is NOT like the other and it's pretty disappointing. They say you eat with your eyes first, and that is a fact.

The Lake Stevens Papa John's is usually quite busy, but they seem to work hard to get orders made as quickly as possible. The typical frustration is that food is not actually ready when the mobile app indicates. This causes a build-up of customers who are all confused as to why their orders are not actually ready to be picked up.Orders are most often correct, high quality, and delicious. The restaurant is simply cramped and often feels a bit chaotic.
