The Lake Stevens Papa John's is usually quite busy, but they seem to work hard to get orders made as quickly as possible. The typical frustration is that food is not actually ready when the mobile app indicates. This causes a build-up of customers who are all confused as to why their orders are not actually ready to be picked up.Orders are most often correct, high quality, and delicious. The restaurant is simply cramped and often feels a bit chaotic.

His positive attitude and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful experience. RJ goes above and beyond, making customers feel welcomed and valued with his personal touch and remembers the little details that make a difference. Quite possibly the best Papa John's franchise north of Seattle. Friendly, intelligent and fast employees that seem to have no problem going above and beyond for the customer. Clean store, the total opposite, and orders of magnitude better than the Papa John's in north Marysville.I've been to this establishment multiple times and always have had a good experience.
