We were not given the pizza we ordered and paid for. They refused to correct the issue by simply giving me the correct pizza. This was so wrong on all levels. Do better!!!! We were long time customers and will not waste our money or time there ever again. So lame.

We have been getting pizzas from them every Friday for over a year, and they have always been reliable. I highly recommend ordering through their website, both because you will have almost no wait when you get there, and you also get points that can be used to reduce the price later.But if they could add drinks to the website ordering system, that would be awesome. It's rather annoying that everything else is ready and paid for when I get there, but I still have to wait in line to buy a 2 liter.Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian options are very tasty, with lots of toppings, and you can customize them. We tend to leave off tomatoes but love extra olives.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! I tried ordering a plain cheese pizza with no sauce cuz I cannot stand their nasty new bread sticks. They said we cannot do that. I said I will pay for a medium cheese pizza, just please do not add sauce, just the cheese. They still said no. Ridiculous. I don't see what the big deal is. It's like, we took away our food cheese wheel for a reason, and that's so no one can enjoy it ever again! Garbage service. 100% new pizza sticks are awful! Once they allow me to order a cheese pizza without sauce, I'll fix my review. Heaven forbid you try to build your own pizza here.

You cab say what you want about Papa Murphy's.....but they Always deliver a solid meal at a reasonable price...I get the Cowboy Pizza large sized with white sauce and add bacon almost every time I go to Papa Murphy's.....and it never disappoints!!

Purchased a Hawaiian pizza and cheese bread today. After 9 minutes in the oven I noticed that my house was filling with smoke coming from the oven. When I opened the oven the cheese bread tray was falling apart and the bottom of the bread was burnt. The tray for the pizza was also burnt and the pizza was stuck to the pizza tray. This has never happened before. Not sure if something has changed with the plates but I don’t think I will be ordering Papa Murphy pizza again for a long time.
Placed an order online then after waiting for over an hour they just cancel my order.

I like the pizza. The thing that drives me crazy is more than a few times around 7:30pm on Tuesdays I have called to order the pizza so I could get it by closing time and the phones were not being answered, and a CPL times the restaurant was closed at 7:30pm, the time online states closing time is at 8:00pm. If a customer calls by then it is only right t at least answer and give the customer a chance to get their pizza picked up by 9:00pm. No other restaraunt does that... They've lost a lot of business.

Papa Murphy's has great pizzas and sides. You can have them build it custom with their toppings or just get a cheese pizza and take it home to customize it with your own. They are fresh so you don't need to thaw them and they bake really good. They also have crustless keto friendly choices if that's your thing. They have plenty of options so don't be afraid to call them up and ask them questions if you have special requirements that you can't meet at other pizza places. The worst they will do is say they can't do it and apologize. If you don't mind baking your own pizza this beats the supermarket deli pizzas by far.

I asked for light sauce for 2 family size pizzas and didn't get that. These are caked with sauce. Repeated on the phone twice and the gentleman was rude and rushed me. Asked before paying also and was told it had light sauce, that was a lie.
