I ordered online said 6:02 pick up but it was not ready for 15 minutes after that. They had workers hanging around in the back while only one person worked the orders. People coming in store were getting orders faster. It was first time going to Qdoba. I will be sure not come back to this place again.

Excellent tortilla soup. They were out of guacamole, pico, and straws. Also the nozzle on the lemonade on the drink dispenser was broken so it sprayed over the floor. The employees were working very diligently

The food here is not cooked or done well. The ground beef in a burrito was under done, and the employees didn't even seem to understand what comes with each dish. It was very disappointing.

Uncooked rice I ordered a burrito today and the rice in there were half cooked. Most of the time the food is good but uncooked rice can cause serious stomach issues!! No expected

I don't usually go to the internet and write reviews for anything but I had to get on and write one after the amazing service I had received a few days ago. I had a small family gathering on Sunday and we're all fans of Mexican food so I suggested we get some Qdoba since it was close and its never done me wrong, and when I got there I was instantly greeted with smiles and hello's which gave me a very good feeling about my decision. The young mans name that served me was Cesar and he was the best server I could have asked for. He listened to everything I had to say and listened very attentively, he took his time making sure I got everything I asked for while still having very fast service, and the food he had made was exactly what I asked for, absolutely zero complaints about any of it, just the right amount of everything I had asked for. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant and I will definitely be coming back as well and I definitely recommend coming here if you haven't yet, maybe you'll get as lucky as me and have Cesar make your food for you. So thank you Cesar for giving such great service and giving me an amazing experience and doing such a wonderful job with everything.

I have been to this location multiple times since moving to Lake Stevens and a service is always amazing and the food is always so fresh and taste so good!

Staff didn't bother to take order even after seeing with toddler and kept us waiting until I ask for.
Not all items are available it's regular veggies not available which was not communicated until we asked for.
