I was there this morning at open. The two customers in front of me were very impolite and discourteous to the staff. However the staff, and specifically manager, handled the situation with composure and professionalism. I've never had a bad experience at this location with the staff (or food) and that's why I continue to go back.

Lobby was immaculate, everything was tasty and in stock, and employees were very nice! I know they must’ve been stressed with only two workers during lunch rush, but they did well. Wish there was music in the lobby!

reviews are underrated - portions are crazy good, food is much more flavorful than its competitors (naya, chipotle, cava, etc.), service was fast, and atmosphere is old-modern (in a good way! nice inside layout).

The only thing that was not amazing was the cleanliness of the establishment. The windows and tables needed some cleaning. The crew that served us was nice and the food was good.
Vegetarian options: The meat is separate and there are lots of vegetarian options....but no tofu
Dietary restrictions: If you are not celiac you can definitely do GF
Kid-friendliness: It's a fun kid atmosphere that is family oriented.

Never have been to this location let alone a Qdoba for awhile - hands down better than Chipotle ! We will be back - manager went out of his way- staff was spot on!
