We ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived very burnt. Called the shop and kindly asked if a new one could be sent. They said I received the wrong pizza and they would deliver a new one. After 2 hours of waiting, I see they are past business hours. So they never sent a new one. Definitely will not be a customer again, and I’d like my money back.

Ordered online and put for a specific time since we had to be somewhere and it was over 10 minutes longer than requested and this seems to be the norm there as last time we waited 45 minutes past our time for a burnt and hardly any cheese pizza. Tonight I got the pizza home and it was the wrong crust, they gave us thin crust not regular and the crust was soggy and floppy so gross, and a topping I said none of was to be on there and it was there and it was pineapple which ruined the pieces that it was on. I called to let them know and they were definitely not concerned that they had completely messed up an almost $30 pizza, no offer of a refund or anything as we threw away half the pizza between the soggy floppy crust and pineapple. This is the second time in a row we’ve had issues with quality. With the significant price increase there and the decrease in portions, toppings and quality we’ve now decided to support somewhere else in Lake Stevens which is unfortunate as South Lake used to be so good. I really hope that one day they can get back to the amazing pizza they once had.

Pizza was really good. Bread bites were awesome. Place is easy to get to with no goblins in sight. Ordering online was easy and food was ready to go when I arrived. Much better than the big chain places.

We’ve been customers of South Lake Pizza for years! Best pizza around.
I placed an online order between 6-630pm and the tracker estimated delivery at 735pm. Following the tracker the delivery driver changed 3 times and then only displayed as order placed. I never received my order and since it was 8pm the store was closed and I had no way to find out what happened. I understand times get busy but I had a whole family disappointed because we waited pasted the estimated delivery and never received our food.
