This isn’t the fault of the baristas at all, they are new and were not trained properly. After getting a few orders wrong over a few days, I finally went into talk to the baristas about the issue with a drink we ordered. They were super sweet and extremely apologetic about the error, and it’s super obvious they are doing the best they can with neglectful management and no support. Every single drive up order was wrong, management needs to get it together. Train your employees and be present to support them.

6 young girls working in here and one customer in line and they refuse to acknowledge and go carrying on their conversations instead of paying any kind of attention. One physically stared at us with no acknowledgment whatsoever.

It’s a Starbucks inside target. I like that I’m able to use a target or Starbucks gift card at this location. Staff was super nice and switched my order around when I accidentally misspoke my order. This will be my to-go Starbucks location for this area!

I debated for a while on whether to give them 1 or 5 stars, for the most eerie rip out of reality I've ever experienced inside a Target.This is our conversation, me and the Starbucks employee, who from here on I'll refer to as SE, and OP will stand for me, original poster. Here's our conversation word for word:SE: "Hello! What can I get started for you?"OP: "Can I have an iced grande black tea, no sweetener?"SE: "Sure! *Writes stuff on the cup* that's gonna come out to (the price)OP: Ok, thanks!This is when the employee walks over to start the drink, and I'm getting ready to pay. I walk over to the drop off, and get my drink.The cup has my name written on it. The cup has my name written on it? The cup has my name written on it! We never exchanged one, single, word about my name at any time during any of the transaction. I don't have a name tag, I paid cash, I didn't recognize them at all, and I sure as heck never spoke my name out loud.How did they know my name?!?!?!?!?!

This Starbucks constantly makes the drinks incorrectly and when brought to the baristas attention, they just claim that the customer is wrong or just ignore them altogether. This has occurred on numerous occasions. It is by far the worst Starbucks experience.
