Wouldn’t recommend the Subway on Lake Stevens road any more. The employee got angry when I asked for extra lettuce and told me to sit down while he made my sandwich. I’ll never go back there, I’d rather stay home and make my own sandwich 🙄

I live near here and ever time I come here there rude, dont help at all and know how to make a person passed off. They need to get there shit in order only subway I know that doesn't do deals or anything and I came in with a coupon I have used the same kind at that store and they said no im surprised they do gift cards. People there dont listen are more rushed then God darn Mc Donald's and just rude I hate going in there every time, I had to go to mersville for the rest of food I wanted because the guy was so rude and he needs to learn to do his job and not ask other people what to do

When i walked into the store s i was greeted by a very friendy staff who made my experience from start to finish exceptional. This store is the cleanest subway i have seen in my whole life. Their veggies looks so appealing and so fresh and in this day and age i have never seen such a clean fast food restaurant before. Must vist and i will definitely come back to this subway.

This place has ALWAYS messed up my order even when I specified on the order online that I can not have mayo, yet they put so much onto it and not even putting on toppings, which I paid full price for. I have spoken to them directly about it and they wouldn’t remake my sandwich either.

Not very clean. Had to get a key for the bathroom in a safe area. Only womens bathroom opened. Corroded pipes exposed, trim busted in corners. Asked for a cup of water and told they do not provide cups for water. Sitting at table, bench chairs rocks back and forth. It's as if they do not want anyone to come in for a meal. I'll oblige and won't be going back.

The food itself was pretty tasty, but:
- The bread was chewy - Some of the veggies looked old/unappetizing - The chocolate cookie was kind of hard and didn't taste fresh - The area where drink caps are looked a little dirty - The worker was on their phone in the back until they saw me walk in
I don't know if the freshness is because I went a little before closing, but I felt like it's still worth mentioning. Also, this was my first time getting food here.
