We ordered 2 subs from this place today. They literally stretched out a 6 inch sub. As far as the meat went to call it 12 inch, I am disgusted. They also skipped all the vegetables. The sandwiches were all bred, no meat, no veggies, no, nothing. The new owners have ruined this Subway.

Stopped at this place while on our way to the big four ice caves. The guy generously filled our footlong sandwich. Footlong was less than $10 which is a reasonable price as compared to Seattle area subways. Person working there was on Bluetooth all the time but I don't mind it.

Ordered on the Subway app and had a coupon for 3 foot-long sandwiches. One made with regular bread was fine. The two made with flatbread had only half the amount of ingredients (veggies, meat, cheese) they were supposed to have and then were rolled up the short way so essentially a half sub with “extra bread”. When I pulled out the sandwiches and said they weren’t long enough the guy told me he had made it a wrap instead of folding it in half lengthwise. Well then it should have been twice as fat with all the ingredients. What a rip off! I’ve never ordered with the app before and have always watched while they make the sandwich so won’t make that mistake again and won’t be going to the South Lake Stevens Road location again. Luckily, I have other Subway locations to choose from in Lake Stevens.

This place used to be ok. Now it's "meh" at best. Went to grab a couple sandwiches for lunch for my wife and I. It had been a while so I had to translate what we used to get to the new menu items. There seemed to be a language barrier. At least that is the most charitable characterization. That or there are serious competency issues at play.I was told that it is not possible to toast a sandwich using flatbread. Either this has changed since the last time I was there or, again, incompetency abounds. I asked for marinara as a spread not like a pasta or pizza. The guy slathered it on like he was making spaghetti. He forgot the bacon add and during the veggie phase, they were shockingly stingy. Default was 3 tomatoes, 4 pickles, 4 cucumber slices, and 3 tiny pieces of green pepper. None of that even covered the footlong. Wtfo!? Asking for more adds an extra piece. Maybe ok for reasonable sized tomato slices but green pepper bits? Come on!Anyway, it was a very expensive and horribly made sandwich and it tasted like it.Unlikely to revisit.

Tried it several times. Never get our order right if we order on the app. Tried it in person—the “sandwich artist” was on his Bluetooth headphones the whole time and it was strange. Also made the sandwiches very sloppily and hard to eat. Also was charged too much and was basically told they couldn’t fix it and not offered any type of reimbursement. I got so frustrated I just left it. Won’t be returning anymore.

The portion sizes of deli meat were cut in half, I asked why they said that's the new spec, everyone was really nice, but $12 a sandwich for 2 thin slices of meat is kind of absurd.

Friendly, polite and well manored staff here for all the "I want and that, that, that and that" these employees hear all day. Remember a please and thank you go along way and can make people feel appreciated. We ALL have feelings.
