They can't get it right any times
Big fan of taco time, and used to work at one 8 years ago. Love their food!
This one seems to either be managed poorly, or the staff morale is just low ( I don't blame alot of lower wage workers being disgruntled).
The food quality at this one is just never that great. I always get a mixed service quality from the drive through. It might be the time of day I'm going through but alot of the younger staff seems to need to work on how they talk and interact in the drive through.
That's a hard job running the drive through, but it's important people feel welcomed. I drive out of my way to avoid this one specific taco time now, just too many times I've had something messed up, they forget little things like napkins and the hot sauce.
I'd like to think my experience is isolated to just their drive through, so if you go here avoid the drive through.

took 22 minutes to get my 2 item order. 8 vehicles went thru the drive thru. I asked for my money back and the elderly lady working just ignored me. then when I got my food finally I made the statement that I had watched 8 cars went to the drive thru pay window and got their food. the elderly lady went off on me yelling and shaking her hand and finger at me . that she was doing it first come first serve. I reiterated how many cars went thru and she continued to yell at me that they had ordered before me. um no they hadn't. why did it take 22 minutes for a Tostada salad and a mini meal. she was way out of control in her behavior . in those 22 minutes I saw her verbally go off in the cashier when she attempted to help. also another girl was coming in and she yelled at her as well. all they wanted to do was try and help. something is seriously wrong with that employee's behavior.

Taco time always exceeds my expectations in every way. I have to eat here when I am visiting the PNW (living in Tulsa now) this is truly a taste of the Northwest!
I used to work at Taco Time. Many many moons ago but over the years I have become more and more disappointed mostly about their prices. Theyāve always been pricier than other fast food and thatās because the food is undoubtedly better. But tonight I have to say SHAME ON YOU TT. I ordered a soft taco meal. My mexi fries were old and cold and this is the issue 9 times out of 10. The soft Taco was child size, the lettuce was limp and stringy like the tomatoes and these two things alone drastically change the yummy flavor the signature TT Soft Taco. It was 1/2 the size it used to be, the hot sauce is now packaged instead of made on site and these three items with extra sour cream (be sure to say āranchā or now youāll get plain sour cream) cost me $13.00!!!!! If Iām gonna pay thatā¦TT Corporate I want a decently portioned burrito with FRESH veggies. And donāt get me started on the wrap/roll job that wasnāt. The girl working the window was efficient and friendly and was the one positive part of my experience. CāMon TTā¦.please step it up. Psā¦most people would wait a little extra for some fresh Mexi-fries. I would!!
My tots were not fresh. And I noticed they have a stack of them sitting out not even under a heat lamp. So they are borderline cold when you get them. And they downgraded their soda machine. Why would you ever get rid of those awesome freestyle machines?!

I have not had problems before, but please cook the rice! It was hard, like teeth hurting hard. This is the only fast food I have eaten in years. I don't trust the big chains, I hope this is not what taco time is becoming.

I was treated terribly today. From the speaker where you ordered to the fella who scanned my phone from the app. for payment. I was very disappointed in the service I got. The service at the last window was much better, though by that point, I was already too upset to compliment that. I spoke with the manager, so that made me feel a little better. The food was GREAT, though.
