Had a wonderful experience picking up my order yesterday evening, Im a usual at this location but after a particularly tiresome week, seeing the bright and cheerful face of the manager Marin and the fresh crispy beef tacos that followed really made my experience complete. Seeing bright familiar faces and having a warm meal from a beloved establishment really makes a difference

The old man working is rather rude. Ordered take out and when picking up my order I calmly asked is this one for me. He then proceeds to tell me" Well must be there's only two of you waiting..." he said it with a rude tone while not looking at me or engaging me like a human. Probably shouldn't be dealing with customers with an attitude. Don't think I'll come back. The young ones were rather pleasant though.

Shout out to Tyler who was so personable, professional, and attentive. What a contrast to the service at other local fast food places. The food is solid and fresh, what you'd expect from Taco Time.
Doesn't matter how good the food is if the doors are locked and no one was answering the drive thru.

It used to be the best place around for quick, fresh food. But the process keep me away. They've tripled their costs (even before all the prices going up) and it's just too much to eat here. 30 bucks for 2 people when I can go to Taxi Bell and get food for 6 for the same cost. ?♀️When I'm craving tots... i will go here. They're some of the best - as long as you eat them right away. Otherwise, they have a fishy taste if you don't get to them fast enough, and that's no good.

I don't what's happened to Taco Time in general, but the quality of their food has been continually declining. The meat has the texture of mush, and tastes like filler and salt. Not sure how you can make Mexican American food so tasteless. It seems as though the chain is more concerned with touting their ridiculously impossible "carbon neutral" BS, and recyclable utensils, than they are with making edible food.
