Terrible customer service!!! 6:02 and all we wanted was information on how we can get a gift card - and to talk to someone. We motioned through the window we did not want a coffee but just had a question and they wouldn’t open the window to talk to us. Yet another car pulled up and they opened the window to talk to the person for a brief moment. The least you can do is speak to a customer without ignoring them 120 seconds after you close.

Ordered a Cortado with a pump of mocha. Got espresso with whip cream no milk. Server didn't seem interested in her job.
It was busy though so i understand mistakes can be made. But also means i couldn't go back to get the order fixed.
In general their coffee is good though. This review is about order experience not the coffee.

They make probably the WORST americanos around. Especially Iced but the americano is chunky looking and its not great. Lotus is good but the baristas need to be trained.

I got to the coffee station in lake stevens at 7:35 pm. There's a message I'll be right back so I stayed for over 15 minutes no one returned. So I am a little upset. If you're open until 8pm then someone should be there.
