I’d like to think that when you order something that is custom, such as NO MAYO, they would take that seriously due to food allergy issues. Apparently not here. Tonight was the last straw. Last four times I have ordered they have screwed up my order and I have found out after arriving at home. One shouldn’t have to open up their entire order piece by piece to confirm accuracy … it is just lack of caring on the employees part. I tried to call several times and it took four calls before someone actually answered. When I asked him how they address special orders that are placed the manager hung up on me. Upon further inspection, not only was there a ton of mayo on my burger, but it was cold and apparent that it had been made earlier and just sitting there, completely unappetizing. The double burger that we had ordered ended up having a stringy wrapper (I’m hoping that’s all that it was) of some sort in it. The fries were cold and gross … literally the only thing that was eatable was the Frosty and the Coke. $50 in food that all went in the garbage !!! Do better !!!
Fries don't come with any condiments. Used to go all the time until they got proud of their sauces, fries come with nothing at any size and if you get more than 2 sauces aperently any time more costs 50 cents per additional. Hope other companies get more sucess because of it. As it is, food is 1 star because it needs sauces but they don't seem to think it does and terrible online deals

Employees must have been having a bad day, weird attitudes all around. Ordered tenders for my kid and they were horrible. Soggy, breading falling off completely. Waste of time and money.

I used to go to this Wendy’s at least once or twice a week, but I’m no longer going to be a regular. I’m a very busy guy and I own a business in Seattle and I was on a super time crunch the man at the window said they’re all out of sauce for the burritos. I told him that’s fine. Anything else I just needed food and he still made me the burrito by the time I got the food I was out of time. Otherwise I was gonna be late to work. Really disappointed and hungry right now on my way to work with an empty stomach this morning. So I left the burrito there. This may sound petty, but when you tell somebody you don’t want something and they give it to you anyways I think that’s right to be upset when I have a life and I have places to be

Came in excited to try the new Wednesday meal. They messed up EVERY part of the order. Came back in after realizing it and tried to get a refund. Had to stand around and wait while they called the GM because the refund wouldn’t go back on the card. Not what I was looking forward to after a 12 hour shift.
Also the new Carmel coffee drink is GROSS. I don’t know if they made it wrong or what, but it tasted like straight black coffee.

Food is mediocre, however, waited in line forever, and there wasn't even a line stretching past the building, super slow. Employees often have an attitude.

Always choose Wendy's over McDonald's. Rarely ever a line here and you'll always be through the line in 5 minutes or less usually. Burgers made to order and delicious. Staff friendly about 95% of the time. Always exceptions but overall great job for a fast food joint. Parking lot and building is clean

Wasted 15 minutes at the drive-thru just to be told before I pay that they're currently cash only. What an absolute waste of my time.
Probably one of the better Wendy's as far as food goes. We'll made sandwiches and fries. Drive through is a bit slow. 10-20min. Average, but they make it fresh for you. Inside is still new and clean.

I mobile order, last three times my sandwich has been wrong ...it's a simple regular chicken but no tomato but I add bacon .... First one extra tomato, second nothing and I mean only chicken on dry bun, last time still no bacon....wth....

Been to this location three times in the last month or two and everytime it’s the same girl at the first window and intercom for drive thru she is very pushy and rude I give her my order and she asks me to repeat it numerous times then when you get up to the window to pay her she is sitting on a stool and makes me stand up in my seat to grab my receipt from her because she can’t stand up to give it back to me she also clearly seems like she hates the job and could be doing better things well if that’s how you are within a customer service field you should try working somewhere else because every time I go to this location I feel like I’m the one burdening her. Either way little rant over I am just fed up with this location and will be taking my business elsewhere
