Came in excited to try the new Wednesday meal. They messed up EVERY part of the order. Came back in after realizing it and tried to get a refund. Had to stand around and wait while they called the GM because the refund wouldn’t go back on the card. Not what I was looking forward to after a 12 hour shift.

Also the new Carmel coffee drink is GROSS. I don’t know if they made it wrong or what, but it tasted like straight black coffee.

Always choose Wendy's over McDonald's. Rarely ever a line here and you'll always be through the line in 5 minutes or less usually. Burgers made to order and delicious. Staff friendly about 95% of the time. Always exceptions but overall great job for a fast food joint. Parking lot and building is clean

Wasted 15 minutes at the drive-thru just to be told before I pay that they're currently cash only. What an absolute waste of my time.

Probably one of the better Wendy's as far as food goes. We'll made sandwiches and fries. Drive through is a bit slow. 10-20min. Average, but they make it fresh for you. Inside is still new and clean.

I mobile order, last three times my sandwich has been wrong ...it's a simple regular chicken but no tomato but I add bacon .... First one extra tomato, second nothing and I mean only chicken on dry bun, last time still no bacon....wth....

Been to this location three times in the last month or two and everytime it’s the same girl at the first window and intercom for drive thru she is very pushy and rude I give her my order and she asks me to repeat it numerous times then when you get up to the window to pay her she is sitting on a stool and makes me stand up in my seat to grab my receipt from her because she can’t stand up to give it back to me she also clearly seems like she hates the job and could be doing better things well if that’s how you are within a customer service field you should try working somewhere else because every time I go to this location I feel like I’m the one burdening her. Either way little rant over I am just fed up with this location and will be taking my business elsewhere

I wanted to reach out about my recent order that cost over $45. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

The patties were hard, almost like bricks, and it seemed like they had been reheated many times. All the buns were burnt, and I was missing some sides. I tried calling several times but couldn’t get through.

AI in drive thru got my order wrong. Asked for a number 2 which is listed on the board as a baconator combo. Got a double cheeseburger, which is the second option (single, double, or triple) under number 1, cheeseburger combo. I got charged correctly, and the burger was fine, but not what I wanted. Give someone their job back and ditch the AI please. It's not helping.
