So I’ve gone to our local subway over the past few months and with not very good results as follows… One occasion went at about 9 AM to get a breakfast sandwich and they were closed on a Wednesday. Then about four days later, I would buy at about the same time and they were closed again, on a Thursday and I ran into an employee who said he was waiting for the manager to open up the store. The manager wouldn’t answer his phone calls or texts for the past couple hours. And the last visit was last week, went in for a sandwich at around noon and they said they were out of bread …. What?????

Sammie, our attendant was so sweet and accommodating. I have about 10 construction workers at my home so I went in for 10 breakfast sandwiches. She was efficient and so very aware of the fact that Subway was the only location open for breakfast. She was fast and friendly and very well adjusted young lady. Thanks Sammie!

On 9/28/2024 i ordered 3 sandwitches and a dozen cookies on the app. The app told me my order would be available in 30 mins. I went to the store and found out that there was only one person working and there were 4 people in line. i asked when they thought my order would be available and they did not know. I waited in line and when it was my turn i found out they were out of cookies. They did not know how to cancel my order and had to call the manager. there should be a way they can turn off orders on the app when they are really busy. it is dissapointing when you get to the business and find out you cant get your order. I waited over 45 mins for my order and when I got it i found out they totally screwed it up. the sandwitches were all wrong.

Homie charged me $18 for a turkey bacon avocado footlong even though the “wrap” was 12.99 on the menu (which is wild to begin with imo) … place was filled with flies too ☠️

We stopped by on Thursday July 16 and had the worst service ever. There were 4 people working and the service was awful. We waited over 15 minutes to get served. There was no one in front of us. One person in the drive thru and one gal was working on that order. When we finally got service I ordered 3 sandwiches and one pretzel. Had to remind them 4 times about the pretzel. They kept going in the back. It's like they had ADD. They need to be retrained on how to work efficiently.
The kids in there ripped me off.I ordered a tuna and got mostly lettuce.

Very disappointed with our experience this evening. We pulled into the drive thru near the rear door where a subway employee was standing. The employee saw us pull up and walked inside. We thought it was to take our order, instead we were completely ignored. After waiting a while we asked if they were open and got no response. We ended up driving away.
