I remenber going with my friends recently and my goodness the food was absolutely Outpikastanding!! I think it was the pork boss I think it was called and it taste phenomenal. one of the employees was prepared to answer the restaurant history and even show me their accessories. I like it. the atmosphere was peaceful and I enjoyed it a lot. the service was pretty quick I was like my goodness. highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Had brisket sandwich. The brisket was moist, which is hard to find in the Tacoma/Gig Harbor are. Everything else I have had is dry at other stores. The brisket has no flavor, though and needs bbq sauce. When I walked in there was variety of bbq sauces against the wall. But they already smothered my sandwich with bbq sauce. If you want flavorful brisket go to Tin Hut in DuPont.

Ordered the full rack of ribs, a cornbread muffin, coleslaw and fries. All delicious and cooked very well. The place is clean and the staff are super friendly! Love the complimentary soft serve ice cream.
