A lot of choices and friendly service. I didn’t love the cream soboro but my partner loved the blueberry cream cheese pastry.

Sometimes I dream of the cream puffs. The cakes are fantastic for events, always impressive looking and delicious. Anything with red bean is fantastic

Their items are not properly labeled for food allergies. I have a severe peanut allergy. Their white bean pastry that is packaged did not list peanuts in the ingredients. It has peanut butter in the center. Staff did not admit to the item having peanuts until I said I was having an allergic reaction.

My wife bought bunch of bakery from this store. Guess what? When I tried to eat a Mocca bread, I bite hard something. Then I found this inside of my mouth. Plastic debris. OMG. What if my teeth is broken off. We are not living close to the store, fortunately my wife works close by. But this store close 7pm. My wife gets off 8pm. So I called and explained what happened. No apologies what so ever. Lady told me call or stop by tomorrow morning because no one able to handle this situation. I was going to ask nicely for swapping or refund. But her attitude, I am writting this and definitely stop by in the morning tomorrow even though I am living 40 minutes from there.

I buy cakes here all the time for all kinds of occasions. Best cakes. You can order cakes or walk in and usually there is a cake available to take with me. All of their cakes are delicious and pretty. The cakes are always eaten up quickly by guests. Not slice left at the end.

Comments like “not a French Bakery” show a lack of Vietnamese history. Vietnam was a French colony for over a century. Bakers were trained by French bakers, following distinct French tradition, and loved what they were taught. This is very much in the modern tradition.

Everything is so delicious here! We are hooked on the chocolate cake topped with fruit and chocolate shavings.

A little too good, think I might need a bigger belt now.

When I got home and tried to cut the walnut castella on the table and eat it, it smelled like mold, so I spit it out and looked, and there was bright blue mold where the walnuts were stuck. When I looked at the other piece, it was full of more mold. The castella tasted tight and it looked like it had probably been a few days old.
