We order and picked up the 20 boneless chicken and fries deal and won't order again. The boneless wings were the size of popcorn chicken you get at Walmart with a sauce drizzle across one side, and both the fries and chicken was cold. So if you are wanting a warm boneless meal my advice is not to order here. It was a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

The Buffalo Wild Wings GO Stores are ALL refusing to give the veterans/active duty there Veterans Day free meal. I went to 3 different locations. Ridiculous. (Specifically: Olympia,Tacoma,Lakewood)

I ordered wings and sat here for almost 2 hours waiting. they let the phone ring and don’t even pick the phone up. there is no one in the front where the cash registers are. one of the team members even came out and got a drink and ignored those in line for food. Im disappointed as bww is one of my favorite food places.

Today is Veterans Day. And with that comes many promotional offers geared towards military members. I called on Nov 10 to this specific location ( Lakewood) to ask if they were participating in the promotional offers. I was given confirmation that they were doing the same thing as the Tacoma location. When I arrived it was unusually busy, I proceeded to wait in line with approx 30 other people to be told that the manager decided not to do it.This is a military town. With JBLM having a population of approx 110,000 Active Duty and family members, This locations profit largely depends on military affiliated customers. With saying that, the manger should have not wasted mine and others time.

This location always takes a lot longer than others, and on my last visit I ordered 12 ranch, and after checking and going back in, first they tried giving me 2, after seeing the receipt, they gave me a 8 Oz cup. 12 ranches, 2 Oz each, is 24 ounces. Atleast give me what I ordered. Also just a bad attitude in general.

I order yesterday and said my order be done by 7:40 pm I received my food almost at 8:40 pm waiting there not only me was like 5 more people then my food was cold my fries and my wings I like the wings there but I don't think i order again if I have to wait so long

We ordered three items to be picked up. 10 boneless wings with medium sauce, and 2 classic crispy wraps with no sauce. The website said that the order would be ready by 7:30pm.

We double checked the order before placing it, NO SAUCE was stated in the order.

My order was ready 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready.
When I walked in to pick up my order- there was nobody at the counter, so I walked and grabbed my bag. The ticket on the bag clearly stated NO SAUCE. 20 minutes later when I got home, I opened the bag to give the wraps to my children, and BOTH of the wraps had sauce on them, sauce that’s too spicy for young children. So since their dinner was messed up, I had to spend more money and order a pizza for them since I didn’t have anything prepared for dinner.

I also tried calling them when I got home to discuss my order, I was on the phone for 15 minutes and nobody picked up.

Bottom line, I wouldn’t order from BDUBS to go.

I recently placed an online order for $114.43, 50 minutes in advance, including a 15% tip.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my fries and three sauces (Blazin Knockout and Wild) were missing. Although the food was hot and the vegetables were fresh, the experience was disappointing.

Additionally, I had to wait longer than expected, and no contact number was on the receipt to address the issue. Despite the clean dining area, there was a pile of trash outside the door, which was off-putting.

I wouldn't say I like writing reviews like this, but when my hard-earned money is being spent on a service that is expected, I would like to get at least what I paid for.

If you order online, be prepared to wait a while and thoroughly check your order before leaving.

Parking: It's a shared parking lot among several stores, but parking is surprisingly available despite the busy traffic in the area.

Walked in and placed my order. Waited about 15 mins for our wings, then drove 7 mins home. EVERYTHING was cold. Fries were cold. Wings were cold. As in, no warmth whatsoever. As if they'd been sitting for 30-45 minutes. I could tell some of the wings were old immediately because they had absorbed some of the sauce and dried out, but looked like they had fresh sauce drizzled over them. They also got our flavors wrong, but that's less of a big deal. I don't even understand why we had to wait just to be given old wings. Kinda baffling. The cashier who took my order was great, very friendly and nice, but I had to dock stars in the service category for whoever bagged and handed me OLD food when I had been waiting, presumably, on fresh food.
