Their broiler is often down so they can only make chicken and no patties. And if you order through the app you won’t know until you go to pick it up. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that it’s happened so many times that the BK app won’t authorize my return. You owe me 22.38. Fix your damn broiler.

I was babysitting yesterday and ordered food for the little ones. I ordered through delivery, and they completely forgot an entire entree. I paid 40 dollars and only got half my food. It’s no wonder this store is always bombarded with 1 star reviews. YOU GUYS DONT CHANGE ANYTHING WHEN YOU HEAR ABOUT IT. Do better or get bent.

The employee name OJ has the best customer service that I've ever had from this BK location. She has a great smile, great spirit and really makes sure that she connects with the customer. She even brings a positive atmosphere in the store especially with her co-workers. I saw her waving with a smile at the workers in the kitchen.

DONT GO HERE!! they get my burger wrong EVERYTIME!!! i really hate to be that person but that this point I don’t care. They are slow you will be waiting for your food then with a cold burger. The drinks are watery 60% of the time! And sometimes I can’t go back to tell them fix it again because they take up my whole lunch break so I have to waste my food because I can’t eat tomatoes and ketchup

The lobby should not be closed after 8pm, especially when the drive-thru is over 5 cars long. This location could probably handle the volume better if the lobby was open during the entirety of their business hours. Will not come to this location again until this issue is fixed.

Reading the other reviews, it appears that not much has changed. In the drive-through, forty minutes. Not included was half of the food that was ordered and paid for. Drinks had no ice and were flat. The food within the package was unfit and unfit for consumption. There was no receipt given. Lobby shut. Will never return to this place. I wonder how they manage to stay in business. Whopper Jr. is purportedly in the first picture, and bacon whopper Jr. is purportedly in the second.
