very good food but sub par server. she told us we had to cash out ticket out 30 mins before they closed and never came back. apparently she was off shift so we had to flag down another server

appetite hasn't been there so I shared combo c mild, Cajun fries, and a side of rice with my partner and toddler. toddler loved the fries and corn and tried some of the crab. she was as far more entertained by the decorations. Taught my partner how to eat crawfish. not a speck of food was leftover and we all left full of Flavortown and satisfied. Our server was a gem and gave great customer service to us and everyone seated in her section. The robots are very cute and my toddler would twist in her seat and watch them go by until they were nearly to the other side of the restaurant. The muscles and shrimp we got were huge! The sauce was garlicky, buttery, and the right amount of spice for what we ordered. We will definitely be back for another meal. We will probably order extra corn and potatoes next time if we share a combo as we both enjoyed them drenched in the sauce. highly recommend if you enjoy a messy Cajun seafood boil

Excellent service and atmosphere! Food was great and robots were a really fun touch!

This is a cool place, unlike most restaurants. Good seafood they serve it to you in a big plastic bag that has been steamed and then you empty it out into a big silver bowl and eat with your hands or they will give you utensils.

Service was terrible, took half an hour just to get our drinks. Food was over cooked, didn't get our refill on sodas. Group of 6 so they changed automatic gratuity, so waiter had no incentive on providing good service.

Wish the temperature was a little bit hotter, also I feel like the sauce was poured on not cooked in if you know what I mean the seasoning was good just the shrimp and crawfish after taking off the shells didn’t have the seasoning cooked in other than that I would do it again.

This is a very large restaurant. Had a quiet lunch but told it can get very busy. The food and service was excellent. Will go back for more fish and chips.

Visited The Captain Crab for the first time ever on Valentine’s Day (waited 1hr+), and it was awesome. The food was great and came out in a timely matter. Our server, Audrey, was wonderful and attentive! My daughter really enjoyed all the decor and claw machines. We will be back!
