We ordered the grilled Chicken club, the spicy pimento chicken sandwiches, 2 sides of Mac n cheese and 2 drinks. The food was good but they messed up our meals and gave us fries on one order. We really have never been fond of chicken fil a. And seeing that they cannot get a simple order correct it's no wonder why.

Their customer service is outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. They dint like to make you wait for service, all the workers their seem to be focused on how they can help someone. They even hold the door open for you. I saw this bcuz I'm an Ubet driver and I frequently pick up from the location in Lakewood and time and time again they hit me with outstanding customer service.
