Can you imagine paying full price for a food with 6 small pieces of steak in it. I asked if that was even a full scoop (since the steak container was OBVIOUSLY EMPTY) & the lady said yes. It's not like I haven't eaten here before.... just disappointed how I was charged for a food with barely any meat in it. I work hard to earn my money and this is not worth it.. I wish I cancelled the order and left but I was with my son who wanted to eat his quesadilla & chips.. so 🤷‍♀️

Love Chipotle and I know times are tough, but geez. Bowl only 3/4 full and a large chips and queso (over $10) and you don't even get half a bag of chips?

I just walked into Chipotle to grab some food, and right away I was hit with the most unfriendly, dismissive energy from the staff. No greeting, no courtesy — just straight-up attitude like I was inconveniencing them by even being there. The whole team looked annoyed before I even said a word, and it only got worse from there.

When I politely asked for fresh lettuce — because the stuff they had out was soggy and gross — they acted like I was asking for the world. Eye rolls, sighs, and straight-up hostility over something that should be standard. I wasn’t being rude, just asking for food I’m paying for to be fresh, and instead I got treated like a problem.

I felt completely rushed, like they just wanted me to shut up, take whatever they slapped in the bowl, and leave. No professionalism, no respect — just cold, passive-aggressive service that left me feeling disrespected and angry.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced that level of rudeness in a fast-casual place. If that’s how they treat paying customers, I won’t be going back.
